The centerpiece of the house is the large, heated 50m2 (11m x 4.5m) pool. The pool uses a salt cleaning system instead of chlorine, which is gentler on the house. The apartment has a pleasant terrace/balcony with sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom is located in an open gallery at the top of the stairs (see photo). Air conditioning and internet access are free of charge.
