It also has two bathrooms, one with a specially walled bathtub on the upper floor, the other with a shower on the ground floor, where there is also a separate toilet. The villa features particularly spacious living room on the ground floor, which has a large three-seater bedroom with the possibility of sleeping for two additional persons, a dining table, a fireplace and a terrace. There are two fully equipped kitchens, one on the upper floor and one on the ground floor next to the dining room. In addition, there is a beautiful covered terrace with a large table for up to 12 people and a barbecue for evening gathering and relaxation.
