Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, bus stop 350 m, pebble beach 1.8 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Airfield 17 km from the property. The owner lives in an apartment on the upper floor.
