The outdoor area features a furnished terrace at the entrance of the house where you can have a peaceful breakfast while feeling the morning breeze. In the back you will find a portable barbecue where you can cook a delicious dinner. In addition, you can enjoy views of the street or garden from its long balcony that wraps around the entire apartment.



This cozy apartment is distributed in a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning where you can relax on its comfortable sofas while watching your favorite programs on television or sharing conversations. In addition to being connected to a spacious dining room where you can eat, since there is a large fully equipped kitchen next to it with everything necessary to create great recipes.



On the same floor you will find three bedrooms, two of them with double beds and another with single beds, ideal for families and friends who want to share wonderful vacations. There is air conditioning in the hallway. Also, right next to them are the bathroom with shower and a toilet.

The house is spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for families or groups of friends. We loved having breakfast on the terrace and relaxing in the living room after a day at the beach. Das Haus ist gemütlich, sehr gut ausgestattet und nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Terrasse, der Balkon und die ruhige Lage in Can Picafort. Alles war sauber und komfortabel – wir kommen gerne wieder!
