Authentic village house with sea views in the heritage district of Andratx

The only 2016 renovated village house has 165 square meters and is very quiet in the upper part of the village Andratx. The house itself is certainly some centuries old, the Mallorcan details have been obtained in the restoration. Before the house there are several small patios, ideal for breakfast or for afternoon coffee. The ground floor boasts a spacious, open architecture: different sitting areas, a fireplace and an open kitchen with adjoining dining room. Not to mention a great shower. The first floor features 2 bedrooms, walk-in closet and a huge bathroom with shower and bath. From office takes you to the 30 square meter roof terrace with 360 degree view, to the mountains, the village and the sea.

Within walking distance you can catch all small attractions of the village to explore: bars, restaurants, shops and the beautiful church. And of course, "It Pantaleu" the ideal starting point for hikes through the nearby valleys, for day trips to the stunning coast road along the Tramuntana Mountains or for the beach.
