The 18th century farmhouse Na Mayans has been carefully restored. It is surrounded by a beautiful, secluded garden and 50,000 m² of land in the east of Mallorca. The lush vegetation of palm trees and bougainvilleas offers numerous cosy retreats and terraces with plenty of privacy.







Thanks to its elevated position, the pool area offers wonderful views of the rolling hills of the Serra de Levant. Enjoy socialising and wonderful barbecues and choose your private spot for sunbathing, reading and relaxing in the sun or shade. There is also a table tennis table and a box with games for children.



The interior design impresses with its authentic country house ambience. Original elements were preserved during the renovation. Natural stone walls, wooden beamed ceilings and sandstone arches have been successfully combined with bright, cosy decoration. A stone arch leads from the entrance hall directly into the cosy living room with fireplace. To the right of the entrance hall is the dining room and an open, well-equipped kitchen. The adjoining vaulted room is an architectural highlight. Feel free to take your meals here. There are four cosy double bedrooms on the upper floor. One of the bedrooms has access to its own small terrace with a wonderful view of the countryside.



The farmhouse is located in the idyllic hilly landscape between Artá and Capdepera in the east of Mallorca. Both villages offer good shopping facilities about 10 minutes away by car. The beautiful sandy beach of Cala Ratjada is 7 km away. The Capdepera golf course is 2.4 km away. The area is ideal for hiking and cycling.
