The suite (60 m2) is located on the first floor, with a great view of the sea. Apartment has plenty of natural light, and is newly renovated with quality furniture, and air conditioning in all rooms.

Minimalist kitchen open to the living room, with just such high quality appliances. From the kitchen window looks out onto the terrace and the sea.

Fantastisch

Zentrumsnah mit fantastischem Blick

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern (7+10 Jahre) Gast in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Selbst bei den Küchengeräten fehlte es an nichts. Das Highlight ist allerdings der Blick auf das Meer und die Terrasse, die zum Verweilen und zum Sundowner. Natürlich ist eine Stadtwohnung nicht so leise wie auf dem platten Land aber dafür ist man fußläufig schnell an Promenade, Strand und Einkaufsstraße. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Appartment in sehr guter Lage

Die Abstimmung mit der Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert und einfach. Das Appartment sieht genauso gut aus wie auf den Fotos und ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Meerblick ist traumhaft. Es ist unmittelbar an der Promenade von Cala Ratjada mit sehr vielen guten Restaurants. Geschirr, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Habdtücher, TV in jedem Schlafzimmer sowie im Wohnzimmer und eine tolle Einrichtung bietet das Appartment. Im Gebäude gegenüber ist auch ein recht gutes Fitnesscenter (kostenpflichtig). Zusammenfassend: Absolut empfehlenswert.

Super schönes Apartment mit tollem Blick in zentraler Lage

Die Bilder versprechen nicht zuviel. Das Apartment ist wunderschön eingerichtet und im neuwertigen Zustand. Angefangen vom netten Kontakt vorab bis hin zur Wohnungsübergabe und Rückgabe war alles perfekt. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse auf das Meer ist einfach fantastisch. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts und eine gekühlte Flasche Wein zur Ankunft hat uns sehr gefreut. Natürlich ist es etwas schwieriger in solch eine zentralen Lage einen Parkplatz zu ergattern, aber dass war uns vorher klar und hat nicht gestört. Eine klitzekleine Anmerkung hätten wir dann allerdings doch; in der Dusche wäre eine Ablagemöglichkeit schön..Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert.

Super schöne Wohnung. Genau das richtige um abzuschalten. Kommen gerne wieder.

Nachdem wir dieses Jahr schon einmal in Cala Ratjada waren, wollten wir dieses Mal etwas anderes ausprobieren & die Tage nicht im Hotel sonder einer Wohnung verbringen. Der Kontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter im Vorfeld war freundlich und alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral an der Promenade, direkt über dem angesagten Tapasladen eu.for.ia. Nachdem wir abends angekommen waren, konnten wir den Schlüssel direkt im Restaurant von Toni, abholen. Er war sehr nett, zuvorkommend & hatte nicht nur die Klimaanlagen (die übrigens sehr angenehm waren und gut funktionierten) vorher angemacht sondern uns auch eine Flasche Weißwein sowie Wasser in den Kühlschrank gelegt (und eis ins Eisfach) Die Wohnung an sich war sehr sauber, entspricht exakt den Bildern & es fehlt an nichts (außer vllt einer Ablagefläche in der Dusche für Duschgel, Shampoo etc. aber das ist tatsächlich meckern auf hohem Niveau) Alles ist neu renoviert, super schön eingerichtet & in einem mediterranen Flair gehalten. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig mit guten Küchengeräten(Herd mit Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine,..) (3!) Internet fähigen Fernsehern, bequemen Betten etc. Lärm von außerhalb oder aus dem Restaurant hat man so gut wie gar nicht gehört, da die Fenster gut isoliert sind- lediglich die Müllabfuhr, die spätabends oder frühmorgens ihre Runde dreht konnte man hören. Falls man einen längeren Aufenthalt geplant hat (wir hatten 5 Nächte gebucht) muss man natürlich darauf gefasst sein, selbst den Staubsauger anzuschmeißen (alle notwendigen Putz-Utensilien sind vorhanden), da niemand vorbeikommt, um das Bett zu machen oder die Handtücher auszutauschen (Keine Sorge, es sind genügend Badetücher vorhanden. Zur Not kann man diese auch waschen, da die Wohnung über eine Waschmaschine verfügt) Ganz besonders angetan waren wir von der Dachterrasse auf der man morgens im essbereich sehr schön draußen frühstücken konnte. Vormittags/ Nachmittags konnte man gut in der sitzecke oben entspannen, sich Sonnen & abschalten. Eine sehr gute Alternative, falls man keine Lust auf den Strand hat, da der Kühlschrank nicht weit weg war (kalte Bierchen) genauso wie die „Sanitäranlage“, da man oft am Strand das Klo vermisst ;) Einen Pool gibt es nicht, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, da wir uns hier sehr schnell wohlgefühlt haben & uns der Aufenthalt länger vorkam, als dieser tatsächlich war. Wir kommen sehr gerne nochmal zurück

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft und genauso wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Lage super zentral mit Blick auf's Meer. Die Vermieter waren super nett und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden von Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Bei Ankunft standen Wasser, Kaffeekapseln und eine Flasche Wein bereit. Die Abwicklung war super einfach und sympatisch - wir kommen definitiv wieder! Vielen Dank an Dominic und Kati!

Wirklich schön!

Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr schön. Es ist ins kleinste Detail durchdesignt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von der Straße geht man durch eine verschließbare Schiebetür die kleine Treppe hinauf zur Eingangstür ins Apartment und steht direkt in der Küche. Diese ist mit Allem komplett bestückt, es fehlt an nichts. Das Apartment ist uns sehr sauber übergeben worden. Auch haben wir Wasser, Wein und sogar Kaffee (Nespresso Kaffeemaschine) zur Begrüßung bekommen. Anfangs waren wir besorgt, ob wir nachts unsere Ruhe bekommen werden, weil das Apartment gleich an der Strandpromenade mit ihren vielen Restaurants und Cafés liegt. Zwar ist es in der Seitenstraße gelegen, aber direkt vorn. Die Fenster sind sehr gut isoliert, die Musik aus dem Restaurant hört man nur sehr schwach. Nur die Müllabfuhr und die Stadtreinigung ist morgens nicht zu überhören. Das Apartment ist dem Restaurant “eu.for.ia” zugehörig, das direkt daran anschließt und auch sehr zu empfehlen ist. Die geräumige Terrasse ist in einen Essbereich mit Schatten und einen Loungebereich unterteilt. Man hat von der Stirnseite einen schönen Meerblick, von der Längsseite schaut man auf ein hohes Apartmenthaus, deren Gemeinschaftspool man für kleines Entgelt mitbenutzen kann. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr bequem, um gleich in der Umgebung gut essen zu gehen. Man benötigt dafür kein Auto. Alles in allem ist das Apartment zu empfehlen. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.
