COZY HOLIDAY VILLA IN THE HEART OF MALLORCA

Beautiful and comfortable new house with garden and pool near Pollença. In Villa Can Torrens you will find the perfect setting to have the holidays of your dreams. There are three bedroom, one of which is a suit with a dressing room aswell. The kitchen is very spacious, connected with the living room through two wide doors made of wood and glass.

There is also a studio where you can relax feeling the warm of mallorcan summer sun. The studio has two terraces, a bathroom and a hot tub ready to welcome you.

The exterior garden is equiped with a pool, a solarium barbacue to throw amazing parties with your family and friends.

Villa Can Torrens is located on the skirts of Tramuntana Sierra and 10 minuts away from the beach by car. This is a residential area, very calm and perfect for long walks near the woods. Also, there is a Paint Ball area in the nearby.

The electricity must be paid in cash direct to the owner on departure day. you have to pay half of the electricity that you spend during your stay. There is a meter .it cost 0. 60 € uro / kw
The ecotasa: the Balearic Parliament has established a new tax applied on stays in Balearic tourist accomodations. the tax amount to assume is 2. 20Euro / per night / per person over 16 years old.
Extra costs: electricity 0. 45 Euro / KW..YOU HAVE TO PAY 50% OF THE ELECTRICITY THAT YOU SPEND DURING YOUR STAY.

Better than on pictures

We have spent a perfect holiday (2 adults and one child). The villa is beautiful, fully equipped, Miquel is always available to solve any issue (we had just a problem with garage door opening). We were happy to have a welcome pack when we arrived in the late evening. The swiming pool is clean and the temperature of the water is ok. Be aware that there is a lot of mosquitos in Mallorca (there were some antimosquito tools in the villa). The only think that surprise us a little bit was the high amount of the electricity cost, even though we didnÂŽt use the jacuzzi heater (just dishwasher and once the washing machine) and evenings we spent on the terrace with candles ... 60EUR for 9 days... But otherwise everything was according our expectation. A car is needed.

Nous avons passĂ© 3 semaines dans cette magnifique villa extrĂȘmement bien Ă©quipĂ©e (vaisselles, serviettes, draps, literie neuve...). TrĂšs bonne communication avec Miquel, trĂšs disponible. Piscine, terrasse trĂšs agrĂ©ables et le jacuzzi avec vue sur les montagnes est une expĂ©rience fantastisque. La villa est situĂ©e Ă  15 min en voiture d'une magnifique plage de sable blanc et Ă  15 min d'Alcudia et Pollenca, deux jolies villes pour se promener ou aller au restaurant. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Absolut traumhafte Unterkunft! Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer + GĂ€ste WC. Die voll ausgestattete KĂŒche sowie der Wohn- und Essbereich mit angrenzendem Außenbereich bieten ausreichend Platz! Das Obergeschoss verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen weiteren Schlafbereich mit Schlafcouch, ein separates Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie zwei Terrassen und einen Whirlpool. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar. Auch die Übergabe am Abreisetag lief problemlos.

SECOND TIME, AND EVEN BETTER!

This home is the best kept secret in the area. Our second stay in two years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Miquel, the owner, is the best. He is easy to work with, accommodating, friendly, and truly wants you to have a great stay. Given this is his home he stays at during the winter, he takes tremendous pride in making sure his guests feel AT HOME. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. The location is superb, wonderful neighborhood, and easy access to the main highway. I can't emphasize enough how clean and well maintained the home and property are. Miquel, thank you again for an exceptional time and hope to be back soon!

Excellent stay

Great property, very clean very well equipped particularly in the kitchen. Pool was a great size good sun beds and Miguel was always available when needed. We had a car and suggest this is essential for the location which was peaceful quiet and relaxing.

Superb villa

Fabulous villa in a quiet location. Perfect for us as a family. Ideally you need a car to get to Pollensa and puerto Pollensa but it’s easy driving. The villa is modern, spotlessly clean with everything you need , with a short drive to the supermarket. We will be back again soon. Thanks again to Miquel for another great stay.

Wounderfull big villa !

This House for the Biggest, and best House we ever booked. All pictures were 100% like reality. The whole is having three big sleeping rooms three nice bathrooms, the pool was a very big approximate 3,9x10m and also deep ! The walls also some extra service every two days from the Agentur for the pool and for the garden . Some new feature of this house, who cannot be seen on the pictures in the Internet, there’s some extra Wyatt sun protection shield outside of the house. The kitchen was very nice to the bathroom sparing you also is a weber barbecue grill. Also, very nice it’s all inclusive service for many items in the holes for example, complete equipment for the beach that means sun protection umbrella. Also some chair for the beach everything start in the big garage. You can reach is nice villa can be reached with the car from Palma airport in approximate 35 minutes. Miquel it’s a very kind guy who will help in every situation via WhatsApp . Best holiday inn, best house ever.

Beautiful home

We have stayed at Miquels house now for the second time. The house is perfectly clean and spotless. Great location, only 10-15 minute drive til Alcudia and Pollenca. The host Miquel is great, good comminication. We stayed at this house 3 years ago, and the condition has not changed, it still looks like new. We enjoyed a lovely week with our family at this house. We will come back.

Excellent Property, Location, Clean and Superb Owners!

This is truly a 5 star property. The owners (Miquel) did an outstanding job when designing and building the home. There is so much natural light, which we loved. It is elevated and offers great views. He was always responsive, checking in on us, and left some welcome goodies. They are just great people. Location: The location is perfect, not sure I could have found a better neighborhood or location in Mallorca. You are 15 minutes from Pollenca, Port Alcudia, and Port Pollenca (Llaut Beach Bar!) - our favorite beach location. The main highway is 2 miles away, and you are no more than 50 minutes from anything on the island. The Eroski grocery store in Sa Pablo (8 minutes away) is perfect and has most everything. If you need a more comprehensive grocery store or home goods, you can visit Carrefour - which is just awesome. This is closer to Palma but off the highway. Their charcuterie section alone is worth the trip. Energy Consuption: We used the hot tub each day, the air conditioners in the bedrooms only at night, did laundry every other day, and ran the dishwasher every other day. After our 8 day stay we consumed 300kw which was $75. The home naturally stays around 77 degrees Fahrenheit (25 Celsius). The upstairs bonus room is perfect for the kids and offered an escape from adults. It does get warm and we had to use the A/C when home. Cleanliness: We are naturally tidy and overly picky when it comes to cleanliness and it was clean! Thank you Miquel!

Sehr schöne Villa an ruhiger Lage

Die Villa bietet reichlich Platz fĂŒr 6 Personen. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr grosszĂŒgig und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und hell. Mit drei Badezimmer und einem separatem WC kommt man gut an einander vorbei. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gross und bestens ausgestattet. Es war genau so schön wie auf den Bilder. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Amazing!!

Returned from Miquel’s villa today after staying for a week. Wish we could have stayed longer it was amazing. Miquel met us there when we arrived late on a Sunday evening and even offered to get us a few basic essentials as shops were closed. Thank you Miquel for your kindness and hospitality. The villa is absolutely immaculate and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The villa is ideally situated in a quiet area with some stunning views to the mountains. I cannot think of anything negative about this villa and can’t wait to book again for next year!

Zeer nette villa. Alles is perfect geregeld. Weber gas barbecue, kwalitatief hoogwaardige inventaris. Airconditioning in elke slaapkamer. Heerlijk groot zwembad en prachtig groot terras. Er ontbreekt werkelijk niets in deze villa.
