The Carritx estate is a charming rural property in Can Picafort with capacity for 6 people, ideal for a peaceful holiday with family or friends. The property has 3 bedrooms and a surface area of 150 m², offering comfortable accommodation, very bright and with beautiful views of the mountain and the swimming pool.
Located in a natural environment and surrounded by forest, the estate is situated just 3 km from the sandy beach of Can Picafort, and very close to other points of interest such as the village of Santa Margalida (4 km), the Can Gavella restaurant, the Bip supermarket, and the rocky beach of Son Serra (7 km). It is also a short distance from the Parc Natural de s'Albufera, the Hydropark of Alcudia, the Alcanada Golf Club, and about 60 km from Palma airport.
In the exterior, the property offers a well-maintained garden, furnished terrace, barbecue area, and a large private swimming pool perfect for cooling off during sunny days. The fenced plot and its location make it ideal for families with children.
It has all the amenities: fireplace, air conditioning and heat pump heating throughout the house, internet access (wifi), television with satellite channels in several languages (Spanish, English, German), and private outdoor parking on the same property.
