The blue sea in sight and the feeling of a beach towel on your skin: this modern, two-storey villa has large windows everywhere, but at the same time skilfully hides the beautiful pool and its lounge areas behind trees and hedges. Privacy is a top priority in the villa neighbourhood. When the terrace awnings are extended, you feel truly separated from your neighbours in the cosy outdoor living space. Here you can barbecue, chill out or feast to your heart's content. The entire seascape lies at the feet of sun worshippers sunbathing on the spacious roof terrace. If you like, you can also leave all your clothes here from time to time. The bay of Palma is revealed in all its beauty. At night, the lights of the capital sparkle and you wonder whether you would like to go there later to have a cocktail or go for a walk. There is a tarmac car park at the house where you can park your hire car safely and conveniently, and there is also plenty of room to move around the table tennis table. Villa Redrema not only promises rosy times, Buddha also permeates the house, bringing harmony and holiday happiness.

The living area is rather understatedly furnished and accentuated with a TV corner, dining table and fitted kitchen, whose extra-large fridge is ideal for hot days and the variety on offer at the farmers' markets. Not only allergy sufferers will be delighted with the carpet-free marble floors. Villa Redrema aims to let as much light as possible into the rooms and favours the large glass façade facing the pool and the sea. Windows and patio doors play a key role in the house. There is direct access to the outside from all four guest rooms; from the two downstairs and the two upstairs. Large built-in wardrobes help you to store even the largest luggage. However, the ground floor and balcony must be shared in peace and quiet. The spacious master suite with a 1.8 x 2 metre double bed, en-suite shower room and dressing area leads into the open gallery, which also has a double bed and offers your guests limited privacy but a fantastic view. The family can easily get closer together here while sunbathing and enjoying a cosy evening in front of the TV. There are two more elegant bathrooms on the ground floor, one of which has a bathtub, so that each guest room has its own bathroom - not quite en-suite as on the upper floor, but still a bathroom close by...
When the market in Llucmajor is open, you must go there: The famous Café Colón in the nostalgic Plaza España adds a chapter of island history to the coffee you drink. With caffeine in your veins and the power of prayer, you can then effortlessly climb the 542 metre-high Puig de Randa mountain. The marvellous view alone is worth it. As a reward, you can also treat yourself to a gourmet meal on the cliffs of the Mirador de Cabrera in Cala Pí, even if it puts a strain on your holiday budget. Your children can play and have fun at Aqualand in El Arenal, the largest water park by the sea on the island. Golf Maioris, with its 60 hectares of land, offers a course for the discerning golfer. Surrounding beaches such as Es Trenc are a natural phenomenon in their own right. The flat region around Puigderrós also offers beautiful cycle paths.

Further shops and restaurants can be found in the neighbouring villages of Maioris and Badia Gran.
