Finca Can Cocou for 10 persons near Can Picafort Mallorca

Can Cocou is a great maintained holiday finca in absolutely quiet location. The finca is located on a beautifully landscaped plot with large lawn, almond trees and a fenced pool not far from the sea. Around the house there are several Freisitze, so that 10 persons here can be distributed wonderfully. There is a small covered terrace with sofasitzgruppe with view to the pool, a covered pergola in the back of the finca with barbecue grill and a large lawn area to sunbathe or play.



On the ground floor of the finca is the spacious living room with a large couch-seat group, a level higher is the dining room with a large dining table and stove, next to it is the semi-open kitchen. From the kitchen you can go down a staircase to the back of the garden. From the living room you are in a corridor from which the 4 bedrooms lead off. The house is very generously divided and also the bedrooms are very spacious. The Erdgeshcoss has a bathroom en suite and another separate bathroom.

An external staircase leads to the studio on the first floor. This studio is equipped with a small kitchenette, a living room and a separate bedroom. There is also a shower room. The Finca Can Cocou is a great family vacation or ideal for group trips and is located in a great, quiet location.
