The lovingly furnished house with three bedrooms for max. 6 people, fully equipped kitchen, Weaver grill for outside, WiFi, a bathroom, guest toilet, a private pool, partly covered pool terrace (with darts) and a large roof terrace is only 200 to 300 meters from the beautiful beach of Cala Mandia, the families offers plenty of space for all activities in summer and attracts those looking for peace in autumn and even in winter. In the morning you can enjoy the light-flooded terrace very special. Through the windows of the living area you have a view of the blue pool reflecting the morning sun. The breathtaking beaches of Cala Romantica and Cala Anguila are located next to Cala Mandia beach and are also within walking distance.

Our house, which we acquired two years ago, is located in the quiet residential area of Cala Mandia. Here 6 people can relax around the pool and on the large, shady terrace and enjoy the holiday. The 140 mÂČ are distributed on the ground floor on a living room, which with the dining room and the kitchen (incl. Stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea maker), the guest toilet, the utility room with washer and dryer, storage room and balcony. On the first floor are three bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bedrooms are close together but separated by a door, a large bathroom, a large balcony, access to the sun-drenched roof terrace with great views of a nature reserve. Here you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. An off-road parking is also available.

The house has been renovated. In addition to air conditioning in living and sleeping areas and new paint many new things have been added or renewed.

Vacances au top

La maison est trÚs bien située et offre tout le confort nécessaire (barbecue, piscine, terrasses) pour passer un agréable séjour en famille. Elle est a proximité d une trÚs jolie plage. La piscine est contrÎlée par un spécialiste et nettoyée trÚs réguliÚrement. Les propriétaires et les équipes d accueil sont trÚs sympathiques et trÚs pro. Des petites attentions nous attendaient a notre arrivée (boissons fraßches, gùteaux apéro, vin) ce qui vous plonge trÚs vite en ambiance vacances. Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour en l ßle regorge de coin a voir. Un impératif : avoir un véhicule pour profiter pleinement de votre séjour et découvrir majorque

We enjoyed our stay at Felicita's villa. The location is quiet, around 10-15 minutes' walk from two lovely beaches, and some nice restaurants.The kitchen has everything you need, the barbecue worked brilliantly and we enjoyed some lovely meals together outside.The pool is fantastic and a good size for our family with small children.Felicita was very quick to respond to any questions via text which was very much appreciated.We would certainly recommend this villa for families looking to spend lots of time in the pool and at the beaches.

Kleine gemĂŒtliche Finka in Cala Mendia

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Finca! Sie war gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und bot wirklich alles, was man fĂŒr den Alltag braucht – von der voll ausgestatteten KĂŒche ĂŒber Waschmaschine und Trockner bis hin zu vielen kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt angenehm machten. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, sodass man sich sofort wohlfĂŒhlen konnte. Besonders schön waren die entspannten Nachmittage am Pool und die gemĂŒtlichen Abende beim Spielen.An Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Kontakt zur Besitzerin war durchweg hervorragend – sie war sehr freundlich, stets erreichbar und hat sich toll um alles gekĂŒmmert.Zwei kleine Hinweise möchten wir dennoch geben: Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte beachten, dass die Zufahrt recht eng und steil ist. Mit einem Wagen der Golfklasse ist das gut machbar – grĂ¶ĂŸere Fahrzeuge erfordern etwas fahrerisches Geschick. Und beim Check-out gab es leider eine kurzfristige Änderung: Obwohl mit dem Reinigungspersonal 17 Uhr vereinbart war, mussten wir einen Tag vorher erfahren, dass doch schon um 12 Uhr Schluss ist. Das war etwas schade, ließ sich aber mit etwas FlexibilitĂ€t lösen – am besten klĂ€rt man solche Dinge vorab schriftlich.Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer liebevoll eingerichteten Finca.

Short stay with friends

Nice to have the private and quiet space before heading back to Palma. Place is walking distance from the beach and close to some restaurants. We were there just before tourism season began so many of the shops and restaurants were closed. However, it was kind of a blessing to have the peace and privacy. Pool area was super clean and accommodating with chairs, tables and games. We spent most of the time hanging around out back.

Perfekter Kurztrip in der Finca Casa Jumi

Ich hatte eine traumhafte und entspannte Zeit in der Finca Casa Jumi!Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt – sehr sauber, sehr schön und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.Besonders die idyllische Lage und der herrliche Pool hat mich begeistert.Die Gastgeber sowie das Team vor Ort waren super freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, sodass ich mich rundum wohlgefĂŒhlt habe.Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Komfort ist, wird hier definitiv fĂŒndig.Die Finca ist definitiv auch fĂŒr einen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie perfekt geeignet!Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Unbewohnbar im Winter

Schlafzimmer voll mit Schimmel . Heizung keine Leistung und das Haus kalt. Da wĂŒrde man erhebliche Heizkosten haben die man ja selber bezahlt. BETTWÄSCHE war nass durch die Feuchtigkeit im Haus.Haus ist unbewohnbar im Winter. Wir sind sofort abgereist und haben uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht die natĂŒrlich so kurzfristig das dreifache kostete. Da nĂŒtzt auch nix das der Vermieter das Geld zurĂŒck zahlte.

Schönes Haus mit einigen MĂ€ngeln. Wir waren im Oktober zu zweit fĂŒr zwei Wochen im Casa Jumi. Zuerst einmal möchten wir sagen dass das Haus grundsĂ€tzlich schön ist und die Betreuung durch MonCori vor Ort super war. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr gut. Die guten bis sehr guten Bewertungen der anderen Urlauber können wir jedoch nicht uneingeschrĂ€nkt teilen. Das Haus hat einige MĂ€ngel und es mĂŒsste aus unserer Sicht mehr investiert werden. Es sind keine gravierenden MĂ€ngel sondern die Summe der MĂ€ngel an sich die dazu fĂŒhren das wir die Unterkunft wohl nicht noch einmal buchen wĂŒrden. Es fĂ€ngt mit herausfallenden Silikondichtungen in der Badewanne/Dusche und Schimmel an, geht ĂŒber lockere Handtuchhalter ĂŒber dem Bidet und einem losem Lichtschalter im „Kinderzimmer“ weiter. In der KĂŒche spritzt der Wasserhahn in alle Richtungen, der Abfluss in der SpĂŒle lĂ€uft extrem langsam ab und die SpĂŒle ist an einer Seite locker und ist auf der anderen Seite mit zwei Schrauben von oben in die Arbeitsplatte geschraubt. Der KĂŒhlschrank, die SpĂŒlmaschine und das Regal in der KĂŒche rosten. Der GeschirrspĂŒler auch innen. Die StĂŒhle am Esstisch wackeln und bei den StĂŒhlen auf der Terrasse sind die Verstrebungen unter der SitzflĂ€che gebrochen. Die Griffe an den FensterlĂ€den sind zum Teil locker. Wie gesagt, alles nicht so dramatisch aber in der Summe dann fĂŒr uns zu viel. Preis/Leistung passt nicht.Bemerkenswert noch das die Vermieter unmittelbar vor uns im Haus Urlaub gemacht haben

WohlfĂŒhlfaktor von Anfang an

Haben uns vom ersten Tag an in der Casa Jumi sehr sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe durch Andreas war super. Bei kleinen Problemen brauchten wir Andreas nur kurz ĂŒber WhatsApp kontaktieren und schon wurde einem geholfen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern Felicita und Armin war auch ganz toll. Sehr sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Ganz klare Empfehlung. Gern wieder.

Sehr entspannte Ferien mit noch wenig Tourismus auf der Insel. Die Unterkunft war in einer ruhigen Lage und alles was der Gast fĂŒr seinen Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Ruhig und komfortabel den Urlaub genießen...

...konnten wir bei schönstem Wetter im Casa Jumi. Die Besitzerin hat uns bereits vor dem Urlaub mit allerlei Informationen versorgt. So war es ein leichtes Ankommen und ein individueller, reibungsloser Empfang durch die Hausverwaltung. Die KĂŒche und ĂŒberhaupt das ganze Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll hergerichtet. Wir haben uns ĂŒber zahlreiche große und kleine HandtĂŒcher gefreut. Das spart UrlaubsgepĂ€ck. Der Garten mit Pool bietet allen Komfort inklusive Weber-Grill und zahlreiche Sonnenliegen. Auf der Dachterrasse ist ein weiter Blick ĂŒber die Landschaft möglich. Lediglich das eine Bett (Schlafzimmer mit Balkon zum Pool) war gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig, da die Matratzen recht weich sind und es bei jeder Drehbewegung wackelt. Die Lage ist super, da es am Ortsrand grĂŒn und ruhig ist. Bis zur 1. Bucht sind wir lediglich 10 min gelaufen. Mit dem Mietwagen sind innerhalb 30 min mindestens 10 kleine Buchten zu erreichen, die ideale Schnorchelbedingungen bieten und im Oktober nicht ĂŒberlaufen sind. Das Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung!

Great location, ideal for young families

The Villa is in a great, quiet location, easy walk to a couple of beaches, close to local supermarkets for your essentials and a few restaurants. The Villa had everything we needed, very clean and as described in the itinerary. We were met by Corinna who explained all the facilities in the Villa and advised where everything was locally. She was available throughout our stay and responded to any requests immediately. The third bedroom can only be accessed through another bedroom which is great if you have young children, we were a group of 4 adults with a 3 year old and a 4 month baby. Everything was provided for the children with a high chair and travel cot with all the bedding, there was also buckets, spades and a few toys the children could use. The pool is fabulous with steps into it, part shaded which is ideal for the strength of the sun. The Wi-Fi was fine for everyday use but not strong enough if you wanted to live stream anything. There is cable tv but you can only get German channels on it. Porto Cristo is a nearby lovely town and definitely worth a visit with lots of restaurants. There is a local regular bus service, we hired a car as we were a large group which we found really useful to get to the big supermarkets and visit local attractions. I would definitely recommend this villa and would book this again. A fabulous holiday had by all of us

Fabulous 10 night stay

Comfortable villa with all the amenities you need for a relaxing time enjoying the sun and local area. Would recommend a hire car for ease but there did seem to be a good local bus service. Pool was a good size, kids enjoyed having a few inflatables. Roof terrace a great bonus for a morning coffee or evening drink whilst enjoying the sunset. 2 beaches in walking distance, another, Cala Romantica, slightly further away. Few bars, restaurants and shops locally. Small bakery 2min walk away, perfect for fresh bread and morming pastries. Had some lovely meals in Porto Cristo and enjoyed a visit to Palma. Would highly recommend to families and couples wanting a relaxing week in the sun, stress free!

Fantastic escape

The villa was immaculate, everything we needed was there & more. Wine on arrival & a lovely welcome from our host. Plenty of sun loungers & a lovely roof terrace with stunning views. Just a short walk from two clean, sandy beaches with beautiful clear water to swim & snorkel. Would recommend to all families.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub

FĂŒr uns war das Domizil ideal. Der Pool war fĂŒr uns sehr wichtig, da wir nur morgens in der FrĂŒh an den Strand zum Baden gehen und uns dann tagsĂŒber ruhig im Pool entspannen konnten. Wir wĂŒrden aber empfehlen an die Cala Romantika zum Baden zu fahren. Die Liegen sind bis 11:00 Uhr kostenfrei. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir wĂŒrden das Objekt immer gerne weiterempfehlen.
