Fully refurbished apartment with modern interior and designer bathrooms available for rent.
Both bedrooms have access to en-suite bathrooms and are separated by the lounge & kitchen areas. This is ideal for 2 couples to share as the bedrooms are therefore private.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, combination microwave and over, fridge freezer and induction hob. The water to the apartment is softened using a salt machine.
The lounge/kitchen and two bedrooms are air conditioned.
Outside there is a beautiful terrace raised above the beach with lounge furniture plus a dining table for four.
Please note that BBQ's are not permitted anywhere within the complex.
Due to the nature of the apartment unfortunately no children under the age of 3 are permitted to stay.
No parties.
Do not disturb the peace of the complex.

Perfect location

The house was lovely, the terrace a great place to hang out and the location right on the beach was perfect. The owner of the house was a great host and did all he could to help if we had questions or special requests. We will definitely come back.

Sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und grosser Terrasse. Direkt am Strand und walking distance zu Restaurants und Läden. Grosser Pool. Perfekte Abwicklung mit Host und nette Geste bei Ankunft mit Wasser und lokalen feinen Orangen! Einziger negativer Punkt: Da direkt am Strand, hat es manchmal Leute, die sich am späteren Abend dort aufhalten und etwas laut sind....so muss man die Fenster schliessen, die aber zum Glück top sind!

The location is great with the sea view and the outside terrace. Comfortable beds and in the kitchen is everything you need. I can recommend this appartment. Fransesco is a good host, very friendly and helpful.
