This house is situated 200 meters from the pretty fishing harbor of Cala Bona. Nearby there are two golf courses with 18 holes is 3 km Son Servera Golf and 6 km, Pula Golf
The nearest beach is in Cala Bona, 200 meters from the house, 2 km, the beach of Cala Millor and 6 km, the beach of Sa Coma.
The house has 4 double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet, a spacious living room and a modern fully equipped kitchen. In addition, the furniture is brand new and quality.
House without obstacles for the disabled.
You can enjoy a swimming pool 8 x 4 meters and 1.50 meters deep, surrounded by 1. 500 meters of terraces and gardens.

Tolle Finca mit Pool

Der Aufenthalt in der Finca war traumhaft. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Maria ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

Tolle Finca, wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt mit 8 Personen in der Finca bei Cala Bona. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, sauber, top ausgestattet und zentral gelegen. Die Gastgeberin Maria ist Ă€ußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefĂŒhlt. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können die Finca zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Tolle, saubere Finca und guter Lage

Wir waren mit 6 Personen, Eltern mit erwachsenen Kindern und Freunden, in der Finca und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Finca war sehr sauber und entsprach voll der Beschreibung. Die Einrichtung ließ nichts zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Von Backofen ĂŒber Mikrowelle bis zur Waschmaschine und Trockner war alles vorhanden. Die SchlafrĂ€ume und das Wohnzimmer waren mit Klimanlagen ausgestattet. Bis zum nĂ€chsten Supermarkt waren es ca. 300 m, das Zentrum von Cala Bona/ der Hafen war fußlĂ€ufig in ca. 400 m zu erreichen. Auch bis Cala Millor waren es gerade mal ca. 1, 5 km. Von unserer Gastgeberin Maria wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Sie stand jederzeit fĂŒr Fragen zur VerfĂŒgung. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Aufenthalt!

Wir haben 15 Tage in der tollen Unterkunft von Maria und ihrer Familie verbracht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrĂŒĂŸt und die wichtigsten Informationen von Maria erhalten. Die Unterkunft innen wir außen war und ist in einem super Zustand und mit allem eingerichtet, was benötigt wird. Der Pool wurde regelmĂ€ĂŸig gepflegt und warme Decken gab es bei WetterĂ€nderung ohne Nachfrage - SUPER Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, ausreichend Platz in den schön gestalteten BĂ€dern sowie Schlafzimmern. Die KĂŒche ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, wenige Gehminuten und man ist am Hafen mit einer Vielzahl von GeschĂ€ften, Bars und Restaurants. Cala Millor ist fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Nach all den Jahren die wir Mallorca bereisen war dies die beste Unterkunft und werden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank an Maria und ihrer Familie fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Marias Haus ist einfach wunderschön, die Lage nicht zu ĂŒbertreffen und der Garten samt Pool lĂ€dt zum entspannen ein. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses und der Anlage ist besonders hervorzuheben. Maria ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir behalten den Urlaub dank Maria in bester Erinnerung!

Wonderful stay in a very well equipped house. Good quality beds, furniture, kitchen and apparatus. Big and very well maintained garden and pool. Good communication with host. Amazing find

What a little Gem . Villa amazing very clean and everything you need . Literally 7 minutes walk ( for short legs) to Cala Bona Harbour and all its restaurants and shops . No car needed everything on your doorstep . Only 1 minor is there is only 1 aircon unit in the hall to the bedrooms so have to leave doors open to get the coolness but as we were there in September not too hot anyway .will definitely return . Maria answered all our requests quickly and organised our transfer . Perfect holiday .

SkĂžnt hus med dejlig beliggenhed

Dejligt rumligt hus og have. Poolen havde en dejlig stÞrrelse til bÄde bÞrn og voksne. GÄ afstand fra hyggelige cala bona. Maria var rigtig sÞd til af tage i mod os og svare pÄ spÞrgsmÄl. Vi havde en rigtig dejlig uge og hÄber at komme igen en anden gang.

Week away with family and Grandparents

Fantastic, from start to finish. Maria was an extremely helpful host from before we booked to during our stay. It was a pleasure to meet her and Guilleme, Maria's husband. Maria even booked a transfer for us. Our group consisted of myself and my wife, our three year old and then the Grandparents. The pool and villa garden kept us entertained through the weekdays and the outdoor BBQ and seating areas helped us wind down in the evenings. Villa is adequately air conditioned and cool and the seating areas are shaded which certainly helped while we dealt with the European heat wave and 90 odd % humidity. Inside areas of the villa are spacious with a lounge and dining area connected and galley kitchen off the dining area. The villa is located less then five minutes to the centre of Cala Bona, where a beautiful harbour and plentiful restaurants await you, along with entertainment for children in the evenings. Evenings in Cala Bona had a lovely family friendly atmosphere too, it is worth noting. There are a couple of man made beaches in Cala Bona which were suffice, however Cala Millor has the best beach. A little supermarket which genuinely puts our UK supermarkets to shame with its choice of meats, breads and snacks is on the way from the villa to the centre of Cala Bona. A taxi to Aldi for a big shop was under eight euros while the little Supermercado topped us up through the week. In a nutshell, don't hesitate to book the villa. You will love it.

Perfect Holiday Villa

2nd stay at this lovely villa, it is so clean, tidy and well equiped. It is only a very short walk into Cala Bona harbour, a leisurely 5 to 10 minute stroll. Maria has been so helpful and kind, it will not be our last visit

Fabulous villa

What a fabulous villa! The location was perfect just a few minutes away from the town of Cala Bona and a small supermarket which stocked most items. We arranged a taxi to Aldi for a big shop which cost around 7 euros each way. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, even down to a needle and thread. The pool was amazing and the garden area was peaceful, if you can say that with a three year old. Maria was an excellent host, she was quick to reply to my questions, she arranged our transfers, and was there to greet us on arrival, we felt very welcomed. We will definitely return to this beautiful villa. Thank you Maria.

Perfect as always

Difficult to find after dark

Taxi driver had difficulty finding the property at 23:00 even using the location information provided on your web site. Once in the property everything was better than we had anticipated. The owners had provided a lot of items we not had in previous rentals.

Sehr gepflegte Finca am Ortsrand von Cala Bona

Trotzdem wir extreme VerspĂ€tung bei der Ankunft hatten, wurde uns das Objekt persönlich von Maria nachts ĂŒbergeben. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und insbesondere der Pool sowie die Terasse am Haus wurden von uns regelmĂ€ĂŸig genutzt. Auch die Abstellmöglichkeit fĂŒr das geliehene Auto auf dem GrundstĂŒck war sehr angenehm. Mit der Nutzung vom Internet am Pool und im Haus war der Urlaub auch mit Kindern stressfrei. Perfekte Organisation, Kommunikation und persönliche Betreuung durch Maria und ihren Mann. Nur die GerĂ€uschkulisse aufgrund der direkt am Haus vorbeifĂŒhrenden Ortsausgangsstrasse sowie durch Bauarbeiten in der Nachbarschaft haben unsere Erholung ein wenig beeintrĂ€chtigt.
