If you are looking for a small simple hotel with fantastic staff, near the main shopping area but just far enough from all the noise, then this hotel may be for you. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and we even had a UK socket in our room. Plus you get a free welcome drink (and you may get a snack from the bar free if you are celebrating a birthday). However, there are a few bits you need to be aware of. The breakfast range isn't that big, the lift is quite small, and there are a few bits that you would expect to be in your room but may have to ask for. One of the other things that happened to me was that one of the QR codes in the room put me onto a monthly subscription media website, so watch out for this (it will ask for card details).

Posted Oct. 6, 2023 on HotelsGreat hotel in the perfect location in Palma. We were walking distance from all the fun spots in the historic district. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with tourist suggestions, places to eat and taxi service. Hotel was in a beautiful area.
