House with pool a few steps from the beach

The house, of modern construction (2010), and with a functional decoration, has a lot of natural lighting, due to its large windows and orientation. It has a nice and large terrace and garden area, where the pool is located, and a chill out area to enjoy the outside, as well as a barbecue. The house is fully equipped, has air conditioning in all rooms and Wifi connection.

In the living room we will find a large cheslong sofa, coffee table, as well as a dining table with six chairs. On television, you can enjoy Internet content, as well as the Netflix channel, and other channels.

The kitchen is open to the living room, and also receives lots of light, as well as a good view of the garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, vitro, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, etc. It has an island, where it is cooked, and at the same time, you can have a wine, since it has two stools around it. The main room has a double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub, inside it. It also has a balcony, where it is possible to sit and relax or read a book. From this balcony, you access the upper part of the house, which is a solarium of the size of the entire floor of the house.

The house has TV channels Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime, Red Bull Tv, etc. to enjoy their best series or premieres, and feel at home.

The house is a short walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in the bay of Alcudia, which has a beautiful pine forest that reaches the sand. It also has a large supermarket a few meters away, restaurants and all services for cycling and any sport, such as canoeing or paddle boarding, as there is a navigable lake, also a few meters away, which also offers a pleasant walk. Very close to the house, you can enjoy the restaurant S'oli Verge, which has daily menus and an excellent menu with very good value for money. Likewise, if you want to enjoy high cuisine, you can enjoy the Maca de Castro restaurant, which has a Michelin star. As well as Danny´s Burgers and Jardín, which are in the same area. Alcudia has a wide range of quality where among other things you can enjoy sailing, being able to access the most spectacular coves with small boats, which, no doubt, we recommend. It is also essential to visit the old town and enjoy its streets and restaurants.

A few meters away, they have a bus stop, with a regular line, to move easily, as well as taxi service and car or motorcycle rental.
