The family-friendly vacation home Can Divertit is situated in the Tramuntana mountains in quiet, leafy surroundings and is the ideal place for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the nature and tranquillity which these surroundings offer. Arranged over 2 floors this typical Majorcan holiday home provides you with a living room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen and can accommodate 5 people. The air-conditioned vacation home also comes equipped with Wi-Fi, a satellite TV and DVD-Player and a parking space. In the picturesque Mediterranean garden with a pool, barbecue and garden furniture as well as on the covered terrace with sun loungers and a stunning view of the sea and Port de Sóller you can enjoy relaxing holidays. Port de Sóller with its numerous restaurants, bars and shops, as well as the bay with its sandy beach, are just a few minutes away by car.

Die Unterkunft, das Haus war im Großen und Ganzen wirklich sehr schön. Der Blick von dort auf den Hafen und das Meer einfach zauberhaft. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung passten nicht mehr ganz zusammen, da einige Veränderungen vorgenommen wurden, zum Beispiel waren keine Vorhänge mehr an den Fenstern im Esszimmer. Leider war die Küche in einem unsauberen Zustand. Ein Geschirrtuch nicht vorhanden. Ich habe die Küche gereinigt, damit ich mich wohl fühlen konnte. Im Großen und Ganzen schien das Haus nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Beide Schlafzimmer waren mit Bettwäsche bezogen, aber ein Laken zum Beispiel war fleckig. Gott sei Dank gab es einen Kamin, den wir nutzen konnten, da das Wetter sehr schlecht war und es fast permanent regnete. Leider war der Wassertank nach nach knapp zwei Tagen leer und musste gefüllt werden. Bis wir wussten, was los war, verging einige Zeit und wir führten uns nicht besonders gut aufgehoben. Der Inhaber/Klempner kam aber nach circa 2 Stunden und fühlte den Wasserhahn wieder. Im Haus konnten wir keine Beschreibungen wie für zum Beispiel den auch dort befindlichen Heizpellet Ofen finden. Grundsätzlich fehlt mir ein Leitfaden mit allen wichtigen Details, um sich gut im Haus zurecht zu finden. Fazit. Ein schönes Haus für den Sommer, bei dem Aufenthalt für fünf Tage im Winter ist aus meiner Sicht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt. Da es eine besondere Zeit werden sollte - ich feierte meinen 60.ten Geburtstag war ich am Ende enttäuscht.

Tolle Lage, aber nicht wie auf den Fotos

Dieses schöne Häuschen hat sicherlich schon viele glücklich gemacht! Die Lage ist klasse, im Berg gelegen mit Ausblick auf den Port, manchmal sieht man Schafe zwischen den Mandel- und Olivenbäumen weiden. Doch es hat vermutlich in letzter Zeit weniger Aufmerksamkeit von seinen Besitzern bekommen, was sich an der Funktionalität der Küche und der Sauberkeit zeigt. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht mehr ganz der Wirklichkeit; das Dach ist nicht mehr beschattet und auch die Vorhänge in der Küche fehlen, wodurch die (wunderschöne) Abendsonne das gesamte Wohnzimmer blendet. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft immernoch fein, um ein paar Tage die Umgebung von Soller zu erkunden und sich von langen Ausflügen zu erholen bzw. für den Tag auf der Dachterrasse zu stärken. Die Gastgeberin war zudem bemüht, unsere Unannehmlichkeiten zu beheben, der Kontakt war sehr gut und schnell.
