One night stay.
Posted Jan. 23, 2024 on HotelsOnly one night but couldn't fault anything. Only gripe was it wasnt clear on booking that the spa required pre-booking and cost €8 each .
Staff very helpful and nice.

El segundo día tuve problema con la caja fuerte y el cerrojo de la ventana, de inmediato llegaron a arreglarlos, y como no funcionó, me hicieron upgrade a una mejor habitación y hasta una cita gratuita del spa como compensación. Volvería de nuevo a este hotel, super recomendado!

The staff was very helpful with arranging cabs and accommodating our early breakfast needs.

Great location! Easily walkable to lots of stores and restaurants. Staff was outstanding!

Nice stay
Posted Oct. 13, 2023 on HotelsLovely hotel. It’s about a 18 min walk to central Palma which I think is great. It’s quiet so I slept well and the beds were nice.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom and room was clean, modern, and well kept. The AC was fabulous. I don’t understand why they don’t have tea coffee facilities in the room. Although you can get coffee from level 7. However the minibar was free which meant I never bought water during my stay!
I used the pool, terrace and gym, all really good!
