Amazing Experience!

I have been visiting Majorca for 20 years and I have stayed in various hotels around Alcudia. Hands down, this is the best hotel I have stayed in. The rooms are immaculate, the staff are incredible and it provided a truly relaxing and memorable experience. The facilities at the hotel are top noch and nothing is to much for the staff. The hotel is very well placed being outside of the busy and noisy town but within walking distance to it. I rarely stay in the same hotel twice but I will definitely be making this my 'go to' hotel when I return.

We had a junior suite and it was perfect. Large room with 2 double beds. Lovely balcony and view. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We arrived at midnight but the staff were friendly and there to greet us. Pool was also lovely, would definitely stay again..it was chilled quiet and perfect.

Excellent hotel in a quaint part of alcudia suites to families and couples. About 10mins taxi ride to old part (no more than 10 euros ever). Hotel staff were excellent, upgraded room to a big suite. Amenities lacked but for the price it didn’t bother me on a short trip. Good value and would recommend.

Perfect location for a nice wuiet break. Staff polite friendly and very helpful. Only big downside was transfer! 2 hrs from airport snd had only dropped 3 weary passengers! Transfer was longer than flight! Got a taxi back!!

The room was huge, with a large balcony over looking the pool, bathroom with walk in shower which was very powerful. We never had the tv on, wifi was a bit sluggish but the staff helped remedy this. Air conditioning was fab ( apart from dust falling from fan, perhaps not been used for a while). Would certainly recomend the SOM FAR

This hotel is amazing! It makes a difference!!, great location! Awesome service! Only 45 rooms but is fantastic!. I checked in with my girl and we had such an amazing time. The service is real 5 stars, from the front desk people, thru the maids and the breakfast attendants. Always with a smile and ready to help you. The hotel is located in a really private area, in a calita down a hill surrounded by the beach and a fantastic restaurant right across the street, 10 min from center. I was really happy with my decision! I will definitely come back to this wonderful boutique hotel!

The room and hotel were modern and clean. Staff attentive and knowledgeable and happy to assist in any way. Pool was clean and sun beds always available. The roof terrace was a delightful sanctuary with beautiful views. €10 deposit for a towel that you could exchange for clean and dry whenever you needed was a great way of saving space in the suitcase. Breakfast was a continental buffet style and always fresh. If I stayed again, I wouldn’t bother with the half board option. Two choices offered for each course, but not really to my liking, but adequate. More choice required in my opinion.

room size is great, but the black mold growing on the ceiling in the corner under the upstairs bath is a bit worrisome. Also, WIFI didn't work or very weak despite asking for and plugging in a booster in the room. Safe did not work, even after 20 minutes working on it. Second TV comes on by itself in the middle of the night. TV remote doesn't work.. maybe needs new battery. We asked for and paid for sea view... also got directly over the convenience store below and its umbrellas and rusted shelving, and hedge of tall trees. Pool and pool deck area is great. DO NOT buy half board their food sucks after breakfast... only 2 choices and if you don't like... TOUGH.. will not cook any thing else on the menu. BTW, this purchase adds to my suspicion that if you buy your room through a discounter, the hotel gives you their worst rooms.
