The accommodation, very spacious, bright and perfectly equipped, has everything you need to spend a wonderful holiday near the sea. In addition, it has a large garden of natural grass surrounding the house and several terraces fully furnished for you to enjoy the magnificent climate that the island offers.



The house stands out for its good location, very close to the magnificent sandy beach of the Bay of Alcudia and its good communication with the entire north coast of the island. Port d'Alcúdia is a tourist area where you will find many supermarkets, shops and a variety of restaurants, as well as a multitude of services and a wide range of leisure activities. The famous areas of Port d'Alcúdia or Can Picafort are only 10 minutes away by car.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Das Haus war sehr gut eingerichtet alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Betten hatten eine gute Matratze Zwei schöne Terrassen mit guten Gartenstühlen. Eine Kleinigkeit die zu bemängeln war ist die Spülmaschine bisschen rostig innen aber sonst super.

La casa está ubicada en una zona genial. El trato fue excelente. Pedimos un ventilador extra y enseguida nos lo trajeron. Además el diálogo y tiempo de respuesta genial.

Tolles Haus, ruhige Umgebung, in kurzer Entfernung zum Meer

Wir waren mit dem Haus rundum zufrieden. Wir hatten es mit zwei Familien gebucht. Sowohl die gewünschten Kinderstühle, als auch die Kinderbetten standen bei Ankunft bereit. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher, die Betten waren bezogen und in der Küche wurden wir mit einem leckeren Obstkorb und Wasser begrüßt. Da wir nicht immer alles gemeinsam unternehmen wollten, hatten wir im Vorfeld um einen zweiten Schlüssel für das Haus gebeten. Auch dieser Wunsch war bei unserer Ankunft erfüllt. Wir wurden von Foravila Rentals rundum bestens versorgt und fühlten uns hier total wohl. Die Unterkunft können wir ohne Einschränkung gerne weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in gut ausgestattetem Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet wenn man mit Kindern reist (neue Waschmaschine, Hochstühle, Babybetten, Babybademantel), zwei Terrassen, Gartendusche, ...Lediglich die vielen Treppen waren für die ganz kleinen zu gefährlich! Da musste man schon sehr gut aufpassen!

Netjes, schoon, geschikt voor kinderen, sterke locatie.

Het is een typische vakantiewoning zoals zovele op Mallorca. Goed voor twee gezinnen van vier. Het is een afgesloten perceel, veilig dus. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Jammer is dat de wasmachine, droger, gasstel en afwasmachine oud en van matige kwaliteit zijn. Dat moet de eigenaar even vernieuwen. Verder is de garage top, waar je de auto of spullen in kan zetten. Deze is enorm. Alles waarvan je wil dat het goed verzorgd is, is goed verzorgd. Sterkste punt is de locatie: tussen twee toeristensdorpjes in, dus daar krijg je niet veel van mee. Je zit echt op 50-100 meter van een schitterend strand met water dat heel lang ondiep blijft. Top met kids. De baai van Alcudia, Alcudia en Pollenca liggen dichtbij. Leuke dorpjes en veel goede restaurantjes. Alles is daar goed ontsloten door goede wegen. Voor wielrenners is het eiland een paradijs. Tip: huur een fiets, koop een fietskaart en geniet!
