Absolutely lived it here! Glad we had booked this, so much around the area, shops, beach, dinner options etc. The breakfadt buffet was just brilliant. Recommended to definitely stay here if your on this side of Picafort. The baby cot was good quality and big!
Had to drop a star due to some stuff not working in the bathroom like the shower head leaking out by the side and the hairdryer but staff helped us with everything :) 5/5!!! We'll be back!

I found everybody at the hotel to be friendly and helpful and just truly lovely. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and the morning buffet was excellent.

Beautiful room that looks right out on the beach. The sliders out to the patio are very hard to slide, but otherwise everything was perfect! The breakfast was wonderful and they let us in at 6:30am to get coffee the day we left!

수영장 사이즈가 크지 않아도 깊은 풀이 있어서 아이 어른 모두 즐거운 시간이었습니다.
주변에 음식점, 슈퍼, 쇼핑몰도 작게 있어서 지내는 3박이 아쉽게 느껴졌네요.
바로 근처에 셀프빨래방도 있어서 너무 좋았답니다 😉

I’ve booked two side sea view rooms and expected to get these. To my disappointment we didn’t get any of the promised rooms. When I’ve complained at reception, my request was ignored. The hotel also charges €3 per day for using the safe lock in the rooms, which is unacceptable! However the location of the hotel is amazing, gorgeous beach and lovely restaurants close by. I would definitely return to this area, but definitely not to this hotel!

About the rooms, please note that we have a different side sea view rooms, but after check it again, you had two side sea view rooms. One of them with the biggest terrace.
