– The reservation includes bed linen and towels for all guests. Final cleaning is not included in the rental price and costs €150, as indicated in the listing. The property is delivered clean, tidy and prepared for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.

– Assistance is offered 24 hours throughout the stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to guarantee guests' peace of mind.

– Check-in and check-out are carried out in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, resolving any questions and providing key handover and collection in person.

– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

Note 1. Final cleaning expenses are not included in the rental price and amount to €150. This circumstance does not exempt the customer from their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No additional charges will be made to the deposit provided that the use of the property is reasonable. Rubbish must be removed beforehand at the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.



Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodation is obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.



Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.30 per kWh, to be paid at the time of departure. The meter will be read both upon arrival and departure.



Note 4. In those properties where it is possible to include a supplementary bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Likewise, when possible, a protective fence for the swimming pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear metre. Please check availability.



Note 5. Check-in after 22:00 incurs an additional charge of €30, and after 00:00, €50. However, there is the option of self check-in with staff welcome the following day. When it is possible to authorise a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be €90 until 13:00 and €160 until 16:00.

Well equipped and lovely villa

We loved our stay at Villa Jade I along with its location. The villa was in great shape and all the rooms were very comfortable and stylishly finished. The house is also well situated: close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants, and well situated to visit the island. Our visit to Mallorca would not have been the same without this home!

Very nice modern Villa with our you need to spend lovely time!

Thank you for A Lovely week in your great House. Perfect located according to the Beach, restaurants, supermarket. A lot of beachtoys for the children (5-10 years). A little long for the children to Walk to the center of Can Picafort but nevermind, we really felt welcome and would not hesitate to come back. Very kind and helpful hosts. Fantastic villa in a great location

Lovely house in a good location. A short walk to nice beaches and the super market is around the corner so getting food supplies was really easy, and the street so safe that we could have our rental cars parked there with no problems. The balcony is facing the small street the house is in and features an table and a BBQ. We used to opportunity to grill several times, as fish can be bought fresh and cheap at the local grocery stores! Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and can highly recommend the location!Access to the beach is fine and the pool and facilities in the villa are exceptional- truely a lovely place to enjoy.

Great Villa!

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Jade 1! We were 4 adults and 5 children and the villa felt really spacious with lovely pool and only a short walk down to the Marina and beach. Check in was excellent and communication too, with lots of great restaurant suggestions and places to visit. We had a great holiday!

Excellent!!!!!

Had a lovely couple weeks at the property after waiting two years to get over! Hosts/property managers were extremely helpful from start to finish, even taking in to account the pandemic and problems caused with having to delay the holiday for 12 months. The managed could not make the handover to allow us in to the property but it was still seamless and we were granted access as soon as we arrived. He attended the following day and sorted the booking in process out including a list of recommended restaurants. Only problem was with the pool and the chemical levels on the first day but this was reported and was sorted the following day with little to no fuss and no interruption to our stay. Location was perfect allowing for a short walk to beaches, restaurants, bars and local amenities. Lovely villa. Would highly recommend and definitely consider again for any future visits to C’an Picafort.

Fantastic house and the location is great

Review

Whereas the villa interior and exterior was very spacious. The location was less desirable. One of the biggest impacts was the barking and howling dogs during the day. Also the laminate flooring around the pool was extremely hot in the sun. Surprisingly the path was not. Joan was very helpful, easily contactable, made taxi arrangements (which were excellent).

Generally a good stay

Although villa was generally good, I would caution anyone thinking of staying with young children about the pool and internal staircase. Pool is a lot smaller than advertised and quite deep. I am a 5ft 3 adult and had to stand on tiptoes to keep my head above water. Also the steps into pool were loose and although reported to Juan and someone coming out to look at them, they remained like that for the whole of our stay. The internal staircase is also not great for young children as quite twisty with no handrails and a lot of glass. Villa is in a good location but street that it is in is quite busy with large coaches frequently coming down it.

Villa is very nice, comfortable and clean, Kids loved the pool. Overall good. There were some (a log of) cockroaches in the kitchen (expected in Spain). Was a bit surprised at the cost of electricity which was added at the end of the stay £72 for one week. Location is pretty good, this can’t be controlled by agent, there was a rave 100meters away on our last night which meant we didn’t get much sleep. Finished at 5am.
