Villa Pineda consists of a main house and a separate annex, accommodating a total of 12 people in the heart of Cala d'Or. The villa enjoys a superb location on a quiet street near the two sandy coves of Cala Gran and Cala d'Or. Ideal for a holiday for families or groups of friends, the villa features a swimming pool and a large garden.

Pineda comprises a main house and an annex. The kitchen and bathrooms of the main house, as well as the pool, have been renovated.

The main house offers a living/dining room on the ground floor with access to the covered terrace and the pool. The renovated kitchen leads into a second room with a table and chairs. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds and an en-suite shower room. A guest toilet is also available. From the entrance, a staircase leads to a second living room. Another staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms share a shower room.
The annex is located at the far end of the garden. An external staircase leads to the first floor. From the entrance, you enter a small living room with access to a terrace. The hallway leads to two bedrooms, each with two single beds, which share a separate bathroom with a bathtub. The annex doesn't coulnt with air conditioning. There are fans available.
The ground floor is not available.

Only the bedrooms in the main house have hot/cold air conditioning with set operating hours.

The outdoor area features a large garden with Mediterranean pine trees between the main house and the annex. The main house offers two spacious covered terraces: one overlooking the pool area and furnished with outdoor furniture, and the other located in front of the main entrance. The pool area is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and colorful bougainvillea.
