Beautiful finca with pool in Alaró, for 6 guests who wants to spend a quiet holidays.

Alaró is a small village located at the foot of Sierra de Tramontana’s, is the ideal place to spend holidays away from the hustle and bustle of the city and close to the mountains and countryside. At 1 km from the property, each Saturday a fresh fruit and vegetables market take place at the square Plaça de la Vila, have a walk through the stone streets, taking and ice cream or a coffee while enjoying the colourful and multicultural ambience will be part of your journey log. Alaro’s castle is the village main attraction as it is at the top of the hill. During spring and winter time it is the perfect place to hiking and cycling through the beautiful landscapes. There are some restaurants, markets and service stations. Getting to Palma de Majorca by train will take about 30 minutes. If you prefer the beach, in 35 km you will get to the north coast of the island.

This finca with a 2 floors stone house, and views to the mountains counts with a lovely chlorine pool of 5 x4 meters long and 0,80 x 1,40 meters depth, guests will enjoy sunbathing and reading a good book in one of the hammocks after swimming at the pool. There are also parasols for our guests. Counts with exterior furniture as in the open porch as at the terrace where clients would spend a wonderful evening, watching the sunset and enjoying a barbecue with the family. On the interior high ceilings, the living room with a Sofa, satellite TV and air conditioning for the guests comfort, the dining room in a separate ambience and the open kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and basic kitchen ménage to prepare Mediterranean delicious dishes. Although the villa is for 6 people only, you can choose between 4 air conditioned bedrooms with closets, 2 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds. Two of them are on the ground floor while the others are on the first floor. Also, there are two bathrooms one of it at the ground floor with a shower and a hairdryer, and the other one with a bathtub on the first floor. There is a washing machine, and cot and highchair under client request.

Electricity Consumption: 0,30 Eur per kW. (not included in the price you'll pay the consumption to the owner when leaving)

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.

Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require these documents by email.
