This home is designed for fun and relaxation. Upstairs, the open-plan living area and large sun deck offer the perfect space to unwind or barbecue while taking in breathtaking ocean views. For kids—or the kid at heart—the activity room features a classic Space Invaders machine, alongside a collection of books, DVDs, and games for endless entertainment.

With multiple bedrooms and sleeping areas, Casa LA comfortably accommodates two families, making it the perfect getaway for groups or extended family holidays. Additional features include:

Needs a good clean.

The entire house needs a good clean,the games room was great but would of been better if the tv worked for the gaming consoles.The brand new BBQ was rusty and the lighting in the outdoor area where the the BBQ is situated didn't work.The location and the layout of the house was great.

Not recommend

The house is good location but it’s a bit dirty for the bedrooms downstairs and bbq area. The tap was leaking as the owner doesn’t fix it at all, the bin was full when we got there and DVD player didn’t work at all. Especially it has a lot of paperwork to fill up with agency as we never do like this before. We won’t booking again.

Great home for a big family with children

Great home for a biig family, games room was fun and plenty to do for everyone, enough beds for 8 adults and 4 chidrens,mattress needs an upgrade, and the outside garden could do with a good clean and maintenance. The safety gate for children needs to be fit probably to top of the stairs, but from that its a great home and great location.

Spacious

This place suited our needs very well with 3 generations of our family staying together. The games room downstairs had a great selection of DVDs & toys for our young children. We were keen to use the bbq but it was in a bit of a sad state (not very clean & gas bottle was empty) so didn’t end up using it. The house is starting to age but overall it was very comfortable for us. Dealing with LJ Hooker property management was very average. The descriptive blurb re: booking fees was not correct on the stayz website. They will do the bare minimum. They were prompt to reply to questions but not really out to make our stay easier or more comfortable. I found them defensive & not genuinely open to feedback given. Unlikely to book through them again!
