Not a great stay but a good dinner
Publié le 23 août 2021 sur HotelsWe stayed for just a night, there was no rest as the noise from the restaurant came clearly through the walls and floor. The pictures are very deceiving, the tv is awkwardly pushed to the side of the couch insead of in front (you cant move it either) and a wall inbetween the rooms makes it hard to be seen from the bed. The bed was comfortable and clean, it was just a strange set up. the bathroom barely fit us, looks like it used to be a closet. Maybe a different room would have a better set up? we left at 8am and there was no one available for check out. Like a ghost town. The restaurant downstairs was amazing, the food was worth every penny. I would eat there again but would not stay in the rooms.

Good afternoon,
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the room that you reserved has the smallest bathroom. The building year is 1745, so there was no plumbing in the rooms so all of that needed to be added when we made the rooms into suites including a sitting room and bathroom. If you wanted to come stay again, we suggest booking one of our larger suites as the bathroom size is also larger. The 3 suites with the full size beds (room size that you were in), do have the smallest bathrooms.
