All staff very friendly and helpful. Room was pleasantly finished, really nice bathroom and nice finishing touches. Breakfast is amazing, great choice and quality and so nice to be served as opposed to the usual buffet style. I will be stay again!

Nothing to fault with the whole experience. Polite, informative and efficient check in. Excellent room, clean, tidy and with all the extras required to provide a very comfortable stay. Finally, the breakfast was impeccable in regards to quality of ingredients, preparation and presentation. Also to be looked after by someone so professional who clearly loves his role and interacting with people.

We stayed Saturday night in the studio apartment, which is directly opposite the main hotel. The entrance hall is a little run down but the apartment itself is excellent! Really comfortable and clean with separate bed, living, dining and kitchen areas. It has everything you need for a night or two, right down to a jar of sweets and a yoga mat. The bed affords a great night’s sleep and even on a Saturday night, it was quiet. The breakfast next morning was extraordinary. Really well presented and served and certainly exceeded my expectations. Parking is limited but we found a space in the hotel’s car park, which was convenient. Overall an excellent stay with highly professional and friendly staff. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic stay, lovely hotel.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was clean, well equipped, with a massive and modern bathroom. The room had a king size bed which was nice (lots of hotels only have doubles), it was kept warm, and had good tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were polite and helpful, checkin was quick and easy, and the location was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was very nice, it was freshly cooked with high quality ingredients. We didnt stay for any evening meals or drinks in the bar, but the bar area looked nice and like it would be a pleasant place to spend the evening. I would happily stay here again.

Breakfast made to order, lovely hot fresh food! Excellent, bar & staff served variety of beers & drinks all reasonably priced. Room & en-suite top standard & clean. Will definitely return. Thank you! Only problem I had was slipping over in bathroom & bruised ribs😩

Really friendly staff. Lovely pub bar with Casque Marque cellar cool ales. An absolutely fantastic breakfast. Menu looked good and one would need to book. I’ve stayed in a number of Malvern hotels, all of which were good but I shall look no further when staying in Malvern again.

Excellent breakfast fresh food and served quickly. Friendly staff. Not so enamoured with all the steps at the front of the hotel not disabled friendly. There was a door leading off the car park but still had steps to negotiate. Otherwise it was a nice stay and was made to feel welcome.
