We had a great stay, the condo was bigger than we thought and was well maintained. Everything we needed was provided. It was extremely dog friendly and the complex was nice and quiet. Parking was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was a great location and had everything we needed for a family of 4 and 1 dog. We came in the fall, so didn't ski or take advantage of hot tub/sauna, but hiked each day and it was great to come back to such a comfortable spot. Full stocked kitchen, plenty of room to curl up by the pellet stove, and a big table for family board games--what more could we need? Would definitely stay again.

The unit was a short walk to shuttles and just off 2 of the main roads. Parking only steps from the entry door. Plenty of space upstairs and down stairs.

Perfect Dog Friendly Condo for the Weekend

Great place that was located near the Eagle Lodge for quick access to the mountains and walking distance to multiple great restaurants. Clean and spacious apartment. Wish I had time to use the sauna and hot tub but it was a short trip this time and hope to stay longer next time.

Enjoyed the stay, but could use some updates.

We enjoyed our stay in mammoth and the property. unfortunately, we didn't like the layout of the property where the bedrooms were on the first floor. The property was conveniently located next to the movies, grocery store and quick bites to eat. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of seasonings, kitchen supplies, and easy to use. We utilized the pool which was nice for our kids to be able to swim while staying there. A huge plus that they were dog friendly. Loved the dog decor. Honestly, the only thing I would suggest is that the property invest in updating the property. The sliding door handle is broken. The sleeper sofa is broken as well the couch being caved in. The dryer seems to be dysfunctional as well.

Good location

Great location, very convenient. Clean and comfortable. It definitely needs some attention in the bathroom. Tile cracked and shower door removed needing repairs. , so don’t expect an inviting tub. The kitchen is tired, faucet funky and old tile. The door to the deck is very difficult to open and no outdoor furniture provided. Bring your own folding chairs. It smelled like fish upon entry.. had to buy air freshener. No tin foil or plastic wrap provided. Bed is very comfy. Bring your own deck of cards and board games. The code given to the front door did not work, but Ryan provided a new code . Overall pretty good but there are 14 stairs so be able bodied.

All time snow record!

Even with 2 feet of overnight snow, the property had access due to the grounds crew. Easy access to town and ski area. Warm and cozy. Pet friendly and very clean, well done.

Great location

Nice location and close to everything. The condo was very clean and love how dog friendly it is. Doggy bags, bed and crate were even included. Ryan was quick to reply to any questions we had. Definitely, alot nicer in person. It was the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 small dogs. Great amenities and location! Definitely recommend and would love to stay there again!

Overall nice stay

The place was clean and well located. Plenty of parking., We enjoyed ourselves overall.. There are areas that need improvement- the bottom floor bathroom doesn’t lock. No kitchen hand soap. The kitchen needs more silverware and a few juice glasses/ low ball glasses. Also, although you don’t have to do this (but we do as we have our own summer vacation home that we rent out) it would be a nice touch to provided Kleenex and some basic soap and shampoo for the shower. Oh, and there were no sheets for the sofa bed. All easy changes to make. Anyways thanks for being our hosts.

Returning Guests

Great location and cozy spot to stay for a trip to Mammoth. This was the first place that we had ever done a repeat stay at and it was just as perfect as the last time. We had one communication with the owner and the response was very quick. Overall a great experience, would recommend to any interested.

Fabulous Stay!

This property was amazing! It was in the perfect location, being so close to town and also the mountwin. It was so clean and definitely big enough for 8 adults. Ryan was very communicative and helpful throughout our whole stay.

Bathrooms lock don’t work , fire place feeder don’t work

Nice property , we’ve found everything in kitchen , clean kitchen , maybe it’s the time to change the mattresses (too soft) balcony wasn’t useful during our stay because of 3 feet of snow and fire place pellets feeder wasn’t working so I fed the pellets manually . A very little attentions will brin the property to a five star rating

Excellent place! Great host!

Ryan was extremely easy to reach and really accommodating! Great host! The place was a very nice and home-y. Super close to the slopes - either a quick drive or the shuttle stops are just quick walk away. Would definitely stay again!
