Welcome to Lakeview Villas. This property is a corner unit, 2-story townhome, perfect for your next family vacation! Located between the Village at Mammoth and Canyon Lodge, this home makes for a convenient home base to make your Mammoth vacation unforgettable. There is a shuttle stop located directly in front of the complex, allowing for quick transportation to the mountain and all around town.
This unit offers easy access with self-check-in, parking right out front, jacuzzi and Wi-Fi.
About the Space:
Lakeview Villas is a small complex of about 31 townhomes – it is located about 0.7 mi from Canyon Lodge for ski lifts and biking (in the summer) and 0.2 mi to the Gondola & The Village at Mammoth. This spacious 1400 sq ft 2 story townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It has beautiful views and a very welcoming feel, making it the perfect spot for your next vacation! Watch the shuttle arrive at the stop right outside your door from the comfort of your warm living room, instead of waiting outside in the cold!
There is a large storage and mudroom in the entryway for all the equipment you may have. On the ground floor are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dressers and a closet; the second bedroom downstairs is a great bunk room, with two sets of single over double bunk beds and one twin bed.
The upstairs bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and has a beautiful view of Mammoth Mountain. The upstairs bathroom is located directly off the main bedroom and is shared with the common living area.
The living space offers a nice open living room, dining area, and a wood burning fireplace. There is a large private deck with seating area. The kitchen is fully stocked in order to cook a delicious meal.
We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck.

You will have the entire condo to yourselves.
The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Lakeview Villas. There is one jacuzzi and a community BBQ (seasonal). The rec. room contains a pool/billiards table, foosball, and ping-pong.
There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property – cars are to be parked in front of the unit only. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.

Perfect place if you want to be close to everything
Overall we were very impressed. The location is right next to everything that you will want to do. Shuttle stop is right out front. If I would say anything negative, the place can use a little upgrade. That’s not enough for me not to book again though.

Lots of good!
Immediate impression wasn’t positive as carpet on stairs was dirty and simply needs to be replaced. Fortunately the rest of home was very clean and very well supplied from kitchen to bathrooms. Location was great being close but far enough away from Village on the loud summer nights and literally only minutes of driving time to restaurants, grocery store and anything else one might need. Bottom line is I would rent this property again .

mammoth stay
The location was great and the place was clean. The internet though was very finicky and some days did not work so we were unable to watch any TV. The recreation room was great though. The parking was also a problem. There were 11 of us and everyone came from different places so we had more than the 2 cars allowed. Over all it was great!
