This is a beautiful newly renovated condo just a 5 minute walk from the village. Perfect for multiple families. Here’s some details on this beautiful getaway:

— Living Room: Huge sectional to accommodate even large families MASSIVE 75" 4K TV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, cable TV, beautiful decor, patio with beautiful view, electric fireplace and Sonos music system

— ROOM 1: Downstairs Master Bedroom has a amazing king bed, 55" 4K TV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, large closet, it’s own bathroom, and Sonos music system

— ROOM 2: Upstairs Master Bedroom has amazing King bed, it’s own bathroom, and 65" TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon.

— ROOM 3: Downstairs with two twin bunkbeds that sleep 4. Has it's own Patio that open out to a beautiful spa view.

— ROOM 4: Upstairs loft with foosball table, futon the turns into full bed. Has a 40" TV with a Super Nintendo with over 20 games also Netflix, Hulu and Amazon. Shared restroom.

Please note: Condos in Mammoth do not have air-conditioning so it can tend to get warm a few weeks in the summer. We supply fans for each bedroom but you are welcome to bring additional fans if you would like.

GREAT FOR GROUPS OF FRIENDS AND LARGE FAMILIES:

@MyMammothCondo is a great place to host a group of family or friends! Stocked full of board games, fully stocked kitchen with dual oven, spices and all the utensils you could need!

— Quick 5 minute walk to the village so you can take the gondola to Canyon Lodge or take a few short steps outside and take the shuttle right to the front doos of Canyon Lodge. Park once and leave your car!

THE KITCHEN:

All you need to bring is your food!
— “Dream Kitchen” to cook in and entertain and bring everyone together.
— 2 regular ovens.
— Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, dishes, utensils and more!
— Plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family.
— Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps 10 people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils).
— Keurig coffee pot, including coffee pods. Enjoy an early morning sunrise with a fresh cup of coffee on the balcony and a great view.
— Full sized dishwasher, including dishwasher soap
— Includes plenty of paper towels, sponges, wipes, and various other kitchen utensils.

THE GAME ROOM:

— Full size pool table with balls and cues.
— Relaxing fireplace and cozy couches
— Piano for playing classic Elton John or Queen tunes
— Has a large flat screen TV. Has all the channels and cable. Throw your favorite sports game, play some pool and relax by fireside at the same time!

LOCATION:

One of the best spots around! Less than a 5 minute walk to the Village with tons of restaurants, shopping and a gondola straight to Canyon Lodge. If your not in the mood to walk you have a shuttle stop right out the front door that will take you directly to Canyon Lodge or throughout town.


PARKING:
COVERED PARKING SPOT! Nothing worse than getting dumped on and having to dig you car out to get to the mountain or when heading home. Our unit comes with a dedicated covered parking spot and numerous open spots for second vehicles.

This place was great. The location with bus shuttle right outside and covered parking were key while we were there. Beds super comfy too. The host checked in and responded to chats quickly. Only little tiny complaint would be lack of heat in the main living area. There were times we couldn’t get it warm enough and the fireplace seems to send heat intermittently. Otherwise amazing stay!

If you’re going to host five 18-year-olds home from college (three of them mine ), you need a place that’s equal parts fun, functional, and mom-approved safe — and Dave and Amber’s cabin absolutely delivered.I love giving experiences as Christmas gifts, and this charming, perfectly located home near the Mammoth village hit it out of the park. The kids had space to spread out, laugh loudly, and live their best holiday break lives, while I enjoyed cozy beds, plenty of blankets, and the unsung hero of the trip: a fully stocked Keurig so I could power up each morning before wrangling the crew.The cabin was warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped — every detail made it feel easy and welcoming. Communication with David was excellent from start to finish, which mattered even more since my husband couldn’t make the trip due to a crazy workload. I felt completely secure and confident knowing everyone was safe and well cared for in this home.We had a blast, made great memories, and left already talking about coming back. Highly recommend for families, groups, or anyone looking for a cozy Mammoth stay that truly feels like home.

We had the best time here. Wonderful, convenient location. Very clean and safe feeling. We had one issue we had to contact the manager about and he was extremely responsive and got it fixed right away (nothing major, we just needed help working the TV). The price was right and the town trolley stop was just outside the building. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to Village and great place.

We just enjoyed a great time with the family at David’s place. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, beds were super comfy and there was plenty of space for the 6 of us to enjoy our time relaxing in the evenings. The location is great, shuttle is literally right there and you can walk to the village in just under 10 minutes 
. David is very to easy to reach and responds to any questions very fast ! We definitely enjoyed our stay here.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Easy to get to lifts. Enjoyed our time skiing with our family. Otherwise didn’t find it that convenient to get around outside of village. I think it has been high season but vents and fans very dirty. Fireplace and at least one heater not working so got very cold in main room. Toaster needs to be replaced. Not trying to complain just giving honest feedback. Thank you!

Mammoth Getaway

We had a great time at this condo. The set up was perfect for us - 2 families with a total of 4 kids and 2 adults on this trip. The kids loved the loft area with the playstation and many board games available. The foosball table was a bit wobbly so did not get as much use as we expected. The kitchen was well stocked including a welcome kit with everything we needed. We would love to stay at this condo again.

Perfect Place for Families

Just ended a great stay in Mammoth at this Condo. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. The two master bedrooms with private bathrooms was perfect for our two families so everyone could have their own space. The bunk room was great for our kids and they loved playing in the loft area. It is a lot of stairs for little kids, but there was a baby gate in the closet that came in handy with our two year old. They provided a starter kit of essential items that lasted our two families for the week. This was a great location with the trolly stop right out front and the Village within walking distance. We spent most of the time out on the lakes and they were all a short drive away. We would 100% stay here again.

Loved Everything About It

This is a wonderful condo with plenty of space, a great kitchen for cooking and is well stocked! We loved the proximity to Canyon Lodge as well as a quick 10 minute walk down to the village. We took the kids and walked to dinner which was perfect! Bringing luggage in/out is not for the weary bc there are lots of stairs, but it’s worth it for this fantastic location! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place in central location

This place had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 kids. Very well stocked, great amenities, balcony with grill (didn’t think it would have a grill based on description, but it did :-)). David was very responsive. Power had gone out in upstairs bedroom. I messaged him to find out where the fuse box was and he responded in less than a minute. Will stay there again.

Summer getaway

House was very clean, close to lakes, adventure parks, shopping, and restaurants. It was warm outside but there was a nice breeze in the afternoon in the house. Kids loved the bunk beds. Overall loved the house and would do it again.
