Tucked away in a quiet corner, yet just a hop, skip, and a jump from Canyon Lodge ski area, the Lake Mary Bike Path, and a year-round shuttle that’ll whisk you right to the Village. Talk about convenience with a capital C!

This complex is like your very own playground, complete with a game room boasting a pool table and ping pong (let the friendly competition begin!), a toasty hot tub, a rejuvenating sauna, and a summer pool that’ll have you feeling like you’re living the dream. Inside? Oh, it’s a total vibe. We’re talking sleek granite countertops, fresh new furnishings, wood floors that are so chic, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace that says, "come relax and unwind."

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials so you can channel your inner chef and whip up a feast! The loft area? It’s got an en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV, queen bed, and a twin bed—perfect for three people to enjoy some good ol' R&R. The downstairs bedroom features a comfy queen bed, its own flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy. Oh, and that couch in the living room? It pulls out into a queen bed for those extra guests. We’ve thought of everything to make sure you have the best vacation ever.

Just a heads-up: Mammoth condos don’t have A/C (it’s never that hot here). A few windows cracked open, and you’ll be cool as a cucumber. BBQ? Only available in the summer, but trust us, it’s worth the wait. Also, if your stay extends past two weeks, there’s a $250 cleaning fee added on, but hey, totally worth it for the extra time in paradise.

Parking? We've got you covered with space for up to two cars right in front of the condo—first-come, first-served.

Perfect and Cozy Condo

The condo was perfect for our snowboarding trip. The queen size bed upstairs was very comfortable. The heater worked great to warm the whole place. The fireplace was very cozy, however we did need to buy our own wood. A humidifier was provided and a nice touch. There are floor heaters in the front of the condo. The kitchen was stocked with cookware to make a yummy home cooked meal but we did need to buy every ingredient, including salt and pepper (which we left for future guests). The only thing we were a bit bummed to find was that the jacuzzi out of service.

Great location

This is a nice little one bedroom with loft. The beds and beddings very comfortable. It is lacking a lot of essentials in the kitchen so not very convenient for cooking and eating there. Only 3 glasses, only one glass wine with a crack.. No salt and pepper. But the coffee filters were appreciated.

Great Place, Great Weekend!

I just returned from a weekend stay here with my son and daughter in law. We were very impressed with this condo! It met all our needs and loved the artwork showing ski lodges in our country. Beds were comfortable, nice appliances and the communication was perfect. I set up the app on my phone ahead of time and got all the information provided. Loved the closeness of the condo to the street! Highest snow levels I had ever seen at Mammoth so it was nice to drive in and the condo is the first one on the right. Opening the front door with a four digit code each time is a plus! The rec room was the best! Ping pong, jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, nice and clean and relaxing! I would definitely come here again. Oh, note for those who do not know, bring firewood as it is not supplied. I am old school so didn't know that.

Great rental

Other than Cheetos in the pullout couch and not enough toilet paper, everything was good. We had 5 adults in there comfortably. Close to Canyon lifts via a 10-15 min walk uphill, but you could drive as well. Responsive host. Would stay there again.

Convenient for Ski Vacation

This is a well maintained property in a nice complex that includes good amenities (large jacuzzi, sauna, Foos Ball, Ping Pong and Pool tables). Also, the property is close enough to Mammoth that if your group has different ski ending times, it takes maybe 15 minutes round trip to pick up later skiers. I would use this property again.

Perfect hole for our ski trip

We had a great time in this cabin. It was clean, stocked with everything we needed for cooking, had a nice ski/board closet, beds were comfortable, showers were hot, tv and internet worked, and it was close to Canyon Lodge. We ended up driving to drop the teens off to ski then parked back at the cabin and walked up to ski. The jacuzzi was not hot just warm but the sauna worked great. I was really happy to see the Dyson humidifier in main living area which is always nice in the mountains. I would recommend this place and plan to rent it again in the future.

We loved this place except for a couple things; the internet didn’t work, the remote to the tv in the living room was missing, it looked like some of the tv cables were even either missing or not connected, and there were no parking passes. Also the water was very hard water. We recommend draining the water heater and descaling it.

Misleading description, ghosted by property management

First, this is a 1br. and a loft, not a 2 bedroom as advertised. The loft isn’t a bedroom because it’s not a room if it doesn’t have walls. Thought we were renting a 2br. plus a loft, so the sleeping situation was extremely uncomfortable. Also, no Wi-Fi. I notified the property managers immediately and they fed me a lie: “oh, must be slow because of all the people in town for the weekend”. There was literally no connection. Spoke with the neighbors downstairs and their internet was working perfectly. I replied to the managers and they didn’t respond to any further emails, phone calls, or texts. It’s clear they didn’t pay for internet and just lie to renters. On top of that, the pictures do not fairly represent the property. It’s in a state of decay, and there are broken doors, and other things in need of repair. Do not rent from these crooks.

Great location and amenities

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Discovery Four. We have stayed at other properties here and the amenities in this condo were more up to date (nicer bathroom, heated floor, wooden floor downstairs, etc). We asked a few questions to the property manager through the app, but did not receive any response however.

Family Ski Trip

All in all, a nice place. When we arrived, the lights in the bathroom weren’t working, but after sending an email, it was promptly responded to and fixed the next day. Very impressive! Some things looked like they could some attention- the door to the washer/dryer broken for example, but everything else was very nice.

We had the best family vacation and the accommodations and hospitality from the locals were unbelievable. Haven’t felt the love from strangers like this in a long time and it just made us fall in love with Mammoth. We are coming back in the spring that’s just how much we love it here

Great location and place

This place has a great set up. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. Beds are very comfortable. There are some needed repairs but minor. It does make you worry hat they saw the damage from previous guests and don’t notice it after your check out. It made me want to video upon entering because of the large deposit they take. Otherwise a great stay. Clubhouse is very fun for kids to hang out.

Amazing mountain cabin!

My family and I loved out stay in Mammoth! This cabin was perfect for a weekend away. The listing was very accurate to the property and I'd recommend for anyone coming through Mammoth :)

Family Get Away

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and had plenty of room for my husband and I and our three boys who are teen and young adult. The location is great, we were able to walk to the village and enjoy hiking and running trails nearby. I would recommend this property.

The location and check-in process were very easy. The kitchen was amply stocked with what we needed. We found a ball of hair near the downstairs bed that didn't belong to any of us and the floors could have been cleaner.

Perfect location - very comfortable unit

The unit was very comfortable and well equipped and we enjoyed the game room for evening entertainment. The location was excellent with easy access to hiking and fishing spots. It was wonderful having the bike path across the street and the trolley stop at the end of our driveway. We loved taking the trolley with our bikes up to Horse Shoe Lake and cruising back on the beautiful Lakes Basin Bike Path.

Beautiful, Comfortable Weekend Get Away

My mother in law owns a condo in the same complex and we had a lot of people staying the weekend so I decided to rent this condo so we could spread out. My husband decided to stay with me and the condo was perfect. We walked in to a clean, bright condo with lots of windows and a perfect cross breeze. We had a nice warm weekend ahead of us. The bed was super comfortable with soft white sheets and comforter! The living room was spacious and had a giant TV over the fireplace (luckily for me, there was no hockey on this weekend :) The kitchen had everything we needed and the view from the balcony was perfect. We left the balcony door open for the beautiful fresh air and smell of the pines! We will definitely rent this condo again! The price was reasonable and the condo was just right for us. More people could have stayed but it was nice to have it all to ourselves. Thank you again!

Cute and cozy

Really great location for mammoth lakes. We appreciated the kitchen being fully stocked and had comfy beds for all 5 of us. The place was clean and well kept. We had an enjoyable stay. Finding the place was easy and plenty of parking. Instructions for staying/checking in and out was clear. Thank you!
