Just across the street from the Village, you’re steps away from all the action—shops, restaurants, festivals, and all the rental gear you could need. Forget the car, baby—this spot’s got it all!

Sleep like royalty in the dreamy king-sized bed with a brand spankin’ new mattress and luxurious linens. But wait—there’s more! The living room comes complete with a pull-out couch and a shiny new Tempur-Pedic mattress that’s practically begging you to sink in for a snooze. Families, we’ve got your back with toys, games, kid-friendly movies, this place is as cozy as it gets!

Very nice

Very clean, well equipped and comfortable, everything we needed during our 3 nights stay, we overall very liked our stay but unfortunately the homeowner didn’t told us about a construction on the building right in front of our windows, so no privacy during our stay. Check that construction is done before you go. Also, ESA and service dog has to be register with community management, paperwork needed before you come.

Previous tenants had run the Brita filter and brita in the dishwasher leaving the filter unusable and cracked the brita pitcher so we had to purchase our own water for four days. Humidifiers had mold in them and some areas of the unit were not clean like under the bed where there were contact lense cases and chips molding. Owners were very rude on communication and sent me instructions of copy and pasted general chat gpt responses when I inquired about specific features of the unit. Over all the unit was nice and comfortable and had most everything we needed but those few things were a bit off putting.

Great stay!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and cozy. Plenty of room for our family of four. We recommend bringing an air mattress as only one child fits comfortably on the pull out couch bed. Great location and will be happy to stay there again.

Perfect Mammoth Getaway

We loved this condo! We rode our bikes right from the condo on the paved bike path to beautiful waterfalls and lakes & rivers. Within walking distance to great restaurants. The condo was very clean and all the kitchen appliances/dishes/utensils were brand new. The bed was very comfortable with high quality sheets. We were within walking distance to the music festival as well. Enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back and visit Mammoth Lakes.

Fall Getaway

Great condo - perfect for a couple. Very nice, modern, comfortable and quiet. The host has added so many so many thoughtful touches. It has everything you could possibly need and more. The location is great as well. We loved being able to walk into the Village. We would definitely stay here again!

Second time - another great stay

Back for the 2023 Margarita Festival. Last visit was 2021. Some additional improvements including a really nice new bluetooth speaker that we listened to extensively. Just a beautiful furnished condo. My only qualm is with the cost of fees, taxes, etc. that the actual price is much higher than advertised. This is true of all VRBO properties however. We'll likely be back!

Great location and well equipped

The location of this condo could not have been better. So close to both the village and other central mammoth locations. Plenty of parking also, which is always a concern when visiting a condo community. I loved the giant bed, the well equipped kitchen and the two big tvs for binging after long days outdoors. Great stay.

Best Short Term Rental I’ve Experienced

Everything about this place was focused on creating an amazing experience for us. The decor was beautiful and modern, but still had the mountain charm. Everything was very clean upon arrival. The place had everything we needed to live and cook comfortably. It is a short 2 minute drive from the village. My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Very well remodeled and decorated. It had everything we needed. All the pillows on the bed are very round / big... so if you like a more flat pillow, you should bring your own pillow. Would definitely stay here again. Great spot.

Disappointed on our honeymoon

The condo is beautiful and very well-appointed. We were not disappointed with the interior at all. I am sure that if we had stayed there in the summer, we would have loved it. We were very surprised and upset to find that the unit is below the parking area and downstairs. I really wish that it had been disclosed to us that you could not see out of any windows or doors and that everything had been boarded up. We felt like we were in a basement. I understand that it was a record snow year, but minimal snow would have blocked the view as this unit is below the ground level. The only way we could tell if it was daylight was to look out the front door and up the stairs. The location was good, but it is a 10 minute walk to the village and not right across the street as described.
