Welcome to La Vista Blanc, a comfortable 3-bedroom plus loft, 2-bathroom condo in Mammoth Lakes that sleeps up to 10 guests. With a prime location next to the new LA Kings Ice Community Recreation Center and surrounded by mountain views, this is the perfect base for your Sierra adventure.

Enter via exterior stairs to the second story and step into a cozy main floor featuring the living room, kitchen, dining area, and primary suite. The living room has a large, comfortable sofa, an open-face fireplace, and access to the private deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, complete with a dining table and breakfast bar for extra seating. The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, bright window, TV, and ensuite bath with double vanity and shower/tub combo.

Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms—each with a queen bed and TV—a loft with two full beds, and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This layout offers flexible sleeping arrangements, ideal for families or groups.

La Vista Blanc provides excellent community amenities including a year-round Jacuzzi and sauna, seasonal heated pool, and coin-operated laundry. Located in the scenic meadow area, you'll enjoy views of the Sherwin Mountains, direct access to bike paths and hiking trails, and close proximity to golf, Mammoth Creek Park, and the hockey complex.

Generally good. However, all of the “clean” dishes were disgusting and not clean at all. The dishwasher didn’t work either so we had to hand clean all the dishes prior using them for the first time and then hand clean every time after.

Basic but everything we needed

Very easy check in, simple cleaning requirements and all expected provisions made this a good stay. I would stay here again. The sliding door to the balcony was very difficult to open and close (only wanted to open half way without pressure at the bottom of the door). The microwave handle was on the verge of breaking and ended up breaking off on day 3 but was able to glue back together. The place was very clean and stocked and felt pleasant.

Clean, comfortable, and one of the best-stocked kitchens of any rental I've stayed in. Plenty of towels for our group of ten, as well as toiletries, which was a nice touch! Host was quick to respond to all questions. Would stay here again! (Hot tub at the complex could have been warmer.)

We comfortably slept 10 people in this house. It was just as the listing described and had a super easy check in and check out process. Fairly close to the red line and fully stocked kitchen.
