This unit features 3 bedrooms plus a loft and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. 54' LCD Flat screen TV in living room and 42' LCD Flat screen TV's in each bedroom (for total of 4 TV's), designer furniture, stone/granite bathrooms ( one with double sinks), gourmet granite/stainless steel kitchen, and the list goes on! Completely remodeled, this condo featured vaulted wood beam ceilings throughout, plush A-grade carpeting, rustic wood floors, recessed lighting and a stone fire place with a hassle free, clean burning pellet stove. Other perks include a new HE Washer and Dryer in the unit, wireless internet, majestic mountain views from the balcony, front porch, kitchen, master bedroom and loft, a private secured outdoor storage closet for skies or bikes, prime parking right in front of the unit and central, easy access to the condo swimming pool, jaccuzzi and barbeque areas.

Centrally located, this condo is close to shopping, restaurants, bars, golfing, the movie theatre and the grocery store. The Free Mammoth Mountain Winter Shuttle stop is located right outside near the condo complex and provides free shuttle service to and from the slopes for hassle free skiing. If you prefer your own transportation it is just a short 5 minute drive to Mammoth Village, Canyon Lodge or Eagle Lodge. Our condo is also within walking distance to Mammoth Creek Park which features a playground for children, picnic tables, restrooms and access to beautiful Mammoth Creek wilderness area which is a take off point for numerous outdoor activities such as running, biking or hiking.

For those of you new to the Mammoth Area or California’s majestic High Sierras, Mammoth Lakes is an incredibly diverse and beautiful area surrounded by the John Muir Wilderness, Ansel Adams Forest, Yosemite National Park, Lake Tahoe, numerous lakes and streams as well as the 3 of highest mountains in the continental United States-- Mt. Whitney (14,494 ft.), Mt. Williamson (14,370 ft.) and White Mountain (14,246 ft.) as well as Death Valley (the lowest point in the US, -282 ft.) A decent place for the price. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine, though the mattresses are on the hard side. The kitchen and living areas are very compact and there’s no real dining table, just an awkward kitchen island that nobody can actually fit behind. So, if you’re looking to have a family gathering around meals or board games, this is not the place for you. The kitchen has very few implements like mugs or bakeware, but four kinds of coffeemakers! So
. a bit uneven in its design and maintenance.

Great location. Communication was clear. I wish I would have known that there are 3 staircases to get to the unit. There are 2 steps without a handrail which was hard for my parents. Also, the bathroom on the main level was impossible for them to use. There is nowhere to eat all as a family of 6. The couch was super uncomfortable on one side and great on the other. The beds are super firm. My husband was thrilled but the rest of us were not. The pool and hot tub were nice. Trails nearby were really convenient. Not well stocked for any summer activities or cooking. Nice unit for a young family but not great for mobility challenges. Parking was never a problem. There are no chairs on the balcony and the view is of the parking lot. There are nice trees.

It was just what we were looking for. Nice place in a great location. Door key pad entry was perfect so anyone of the 5 of us could get into the condo when needed. Beds were firm but great even though I typically sleep in a soft bed. I would stay here again for sure.

Great Stay in Mammoth!

My family and I stayed in this condo for a wedding at Convict Lake. We were 6 adults, and there was plenty of room (even room for more). The downstairs bathroom and plenty of space, so we had no trouble getting ready. The pellet wood stove was a nice touch in the cold mornings. And the kitchen was well-stocked. Best of all, the host was super responsive! Thank you, John.

Underwhelming Condo Unit

This unit was disappointing. Decorations were dated. The master bedroom was small and didn't have its own bathroom. There is one bathroom on the upper floor that 5 of us needed to share. The upper floor is very squeaking when simply walking on it, and disturbs people on the lower floor at nighttime. Light bulbs were burned out and a picture frame fell off the wall. The entrance sidewalk was covered with bird poop.
