This condo is conveniently located just a short walk from one of Mammoth's many complimentary shuttle stops, and is situated between an expansive natural meadow, and Mammoth's premiere golf course at Snowcreek. This property comfortably sleeps up to 5 people with a clever bed configuration, including a King bed in the Master bedroom (with ensuite bath), a Twin over Queen bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Whether your Mammoth vacation centers around skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, fine dining or just relaxing away from it all, this property will fit the bill with style and comfort, and won't break the bank. Recent renovations and upgrades include: a fully redesigned, open-concept, galley kitchen with oversized farmhouse sink, all new appliances, and brand new cabinetry and stonework. Luxuriate in the spa-inspired bathrooms with gorgeous tile and glass doors, modern subway tiles, custom rock sinks, and top-quality fixtures. Great location, easy access parking, all the comforts of home. Asked for more laundry supplies and towels, and they were delivered within 2 hrs. Ground floor condo, with a rentable unit above. Two groups were a bit noisy at night, but we were okay with the level and the duration.

Great place great location

Highly recommend this place. Location is wonderful. The property is clean and well thought out. The condo is beautiful. The only hiccups in the stay-our front door lock was not working. I called maintenance and the guy cut me off with my explanation saying I wasn’t doing it right. When I insisted it was broken he admonished me for not calling sooner. When I said I had called the night before and left a message he said that he didn’t get anything. It was as if he had a negative response for everything I said. I circled back to the door would not stay closed and would not lock
 period. He finally got the message and sent someone out. Bottom line- it was really frustrating to fight that hard to get something fixed. The only other thing I would recommend was more washcloths for a three day stay. Other than that we would certainly return.

We stay in this complex often and love the location. The unit was beautifully upgraded, particularly clean, and well stocked. The check-in/checkout process was very quick and easy, we didn’t have to contact management at all. We’ve already booked our next stay at this same unit in the fall.

We like the complex and stayed there before in other condos. Not sure if I missed that you had someone upstairs or if it wasn’t in write up. Light switches in odd places and no hook in bedrooms or bathrooms for pj’s, jackets, robes. Seeing the ‘if you do this’ list with the financial obligation to it made me want to stay away as much as possible in case I accidentally did something wrong. The condo was newly and nicely decorated and comfortable. Also strange that nothing is in fridge or cupboards. The other units kept things that weren’t past using like mayo, dressing, syrup etc
Foil, Saran Wrap, baggies would have been nice too, I was used to having those.

Beautiful location; would stay again

Smooth process for checking in/out. Check out at 10 seems early compared to other places. Requested late check out but was not approved. We loved the location, lay out of the condo, the seating arrangement, large dining table, and the updated furnishings. Overall, it worked out great for our needs and family. Much better than some other places we have stayed in Mammoth. Some annoyances: Towels - minimal towels for occupancy and what towels do you use for the spa/hot tub and then a shower afterwards? That presented some challenges. Hot tub worked every other day so disappointed when you are skiing and nursing a prior injury. Luckily we were let in by other people at a different hot tub within same complex (key doesn’t work there). Also, hot tubs were not cleaned once since we were there Mon- sat and it was fairly cloudy/dirty when we arrived. Wifi: would not say it is up to today’s standards of faster wifi particularly when you have 3 teens and someone who also has to use wifi for work. Yes, we restarted modem/router. My sister stayed in another unit in same complex and their wifi was better. Ice maker did not work.

Peaceful, great location and very clean

We stay in Mammoth every year during the summer and this was definitely one of my favorites. It was very clean and well stocked. Inside was very nice and well taken care of. The neighborhood was very quiet and great for evening walks. We were very happy with our stay.
