Upgraded Corner Unit, Walk to Eagle Lodge & Slopes. 1 Covered Parking Space

This large, airy and light south-west facing corner end unit in the Forester Building is one of the closest walks to Eagle Lodge which is right across the street. This unit has been upgraded with wood floors, tiled counter tops and bathroom and comfortable furniture. Unit 49 has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a full kitchen. The unit sleeps 4 with a king bed in the master bedroom and bunk with two twins in the alcove. This unit offers flat screen HDTV in the living room and bedroom, DVD player, free cable and wireless internet, large fireplace with complementary firewood, and stereo system with Bluetooth. The Jacuzzi and sauna are located right out the door and the laundry room is steps down the hall. The weight room, pool (summer) tennis courts (summer) and BBQ (summer) are a short walk. The Summit complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9") with interior stairwells so you never shovel snow. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. For the price point, it was a great place! We never ran out of hot water unlike some other places we've stayed at; heat worked well; I loved the wood burning fireplace; and kitchen was mostly well stocked. The only thing missing was a ladle. I ended up using a cup to ladle out soup. Ha! We also enjoyed using the facilities at Snowcreek. We hope to come back soon!

Great stay, great location

Stayed here three nights with two teens. The location can't be beat. It's about a 3 minute walk to the Eagle lift where can rent gear, grab your lift tickets and food, jump on an express lift, etc. It's a short drive to Vons and numerous dining options, the village, etc. Check in was very easy, underground parking is convenient, and the amenities within the condo and the complex are good. Some of the furniture in the unit is a little dated, but we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

blackout in Mammoth

we arrived on a Wednesday and the apartment was exactly as promised. Unfortunately, there was a major blackout in Mammoth which affected our apartment. the rental agency had to move us since 16 hours after the blackout there was still no power in the condo complex and the electric company was working on it. The second apartment was as nice as the first, but not as convenient, but all in all great service and fast response.

Perfect location- walking distance to Eagle Lodge

We absolutely loved the location of this unit! We could easily walk over to Eagle Lodge with our 6 and 10 yr old. No paying for parking since a covered garage spot is included with the unit. The unit itself was perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved the bunk beds. Unit was clean and well stocked. Great layout. We will absolutely stay here again on a future Mammoth visit! Thank you!!

Very clean, unit on back of complex away from main road, great location. If you like to put food in a crock pot for the day bring your own, other than that kitchen is well stocked. Laundry is located in building down the hall. Would stay there again.

Great stay, with some bumps in the road

The condo complex Summit is somewhat outdated, and everything depends on the unit you rent. The parking garage was an embarrassment with smells of garbage, low ceilings and very dark dim light and hard to see. There is NO elevator or carts, so good luck getting your gear in to the unit. We were surrounded by several other groups cursing over how difficult it was to get things from the car to the room. Be prepared for that. Our unit was quiet, clean, and the wood floors really helped make the place feel even cleaner. The kitchen was equipped with just enough cheap to moderately priced supplies as to be passable. Barely. For instance, the ONE kitchen cloth towel was supposed to last for one week? Did not feel very generous. And the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Very uncomfortable, and I have never made such a comment in my reviews before. So I am not fussy about this. Lets be balanced. The location of the unit, as long as you don't get one on the busy street (Meridian). There are not many cars, but one car, with snow tires, makes a lot of noise. This unit was very acceptable, and as I stated, quiet and opening to trees and some open space.. And as I said, along with clean wood floors, the couch and dining room were very comfortable and pleasant. All in all, reasonable, with some very annoying issues.

Great for a weekend trip

We didn't want to stay in a bed and breakfast or hotel due to covid so we opted to rent a condo. Worked out great! It was spacious and had WiFi. It had all the cooking utensils and equipment you need. Loved how close it was to the lakes and shopping districts. I left my laptop there upon checkout but they were able to overnight it. Great customer service! Will be back :)

Walking distance to Eagle Lodge

Cute 1 bedroom condo with bunk beds. The condo is nicely maintained, kitchen has pots, pans, coffee maker and utensils for cooking. Plenty of blankets, flat screen TV’s & wi-fi. The jacuzzi is a few steps from condo super convenient when is 30 degree outside. I would definitely stay there some other time. ⛷❄
