First floor rooms felt open with nature around it . Clean pool , sauna and massage great . Good food

Expedia double charged me, had me waiting for thirty minutes came back did not give me receipts. Charged me two knights and charged for only one knight. They mentioned to.me asking for my refund. They mentioned i checked out.at 4 pm and i said show me the camaras. Went into getting the 2nd charged dismissed or to credit my card back. The front clerk was not helping at all, went and got the manager mentioned to me they never deal with expedia only through a calling center. Scum bag manager gave me the boot not trying to help me at all.not into cuatomer service but he should showed more hospitality towards me aince i go there regularly. Sad to say i wont be in there hotel any time soon.

Hello, You came two weeks later asking for money to front desk as if you made the reservation directly with us. You made your reservation and paid to Expedia for two nights, if you left early, the hotel cannot refund you. You should have called Expedia to ask them if your reservation permits changes, cancellations or refunds in the appropriate time window.

It’s ok but if I wouldn’t come back

First thing to notice is that there were many cats inside the hotel around the pool and the restaurant. If you don’t like cats at all like me, you would be very annoyed. The cats beg for food and drink from the pool. It’s disgusting. The room was not bad, but you can hear a lot of noise from the hall, when people are talking or cleaning. It’s a lot of noise that if you are talking inside the room it feels like you need to raise your voice. The restaurant food was ok, but not the best. Although the tostones con queso were amazing. On the good side, the breakfast buffet food was amazing. The front desk was nice and quick. And in general it feels like a safe place.

Hotel by itself is really good. But we did not sleep all night because some people were having party by the pool. Also there werr LOTS of mosquitos in the room. When we told the staff she just said oh no..got bit a lot by mosquitos all night hopefully we won't get dingue.
