During my 3 week stay it was a pleasure to stay here. I had no complaints, staff was kind and helpful, the cleaning crew always did a great job, and the dining staff made excellent meals for dinner and lunch. Breakfast was tasty and fulfilling. Will be back here

I needed to stay near the Hospital Vivian Pellas which is 5 minutes away from hotel, the location was perfect. The zen feeling of this place is super relaxing and peaceful. I am amazed by how nice the staff is and the quality of service they provide. They can get me a taxi to pick up and drop off at the hospital or airport. They provide laundry service and everyday room cleaning. Their lunch and dinner are quality meals. I am pleased with my stay. I will definitely pick this place again rather than staying at a big named hotel.

Mixed feelings.

Nicte is a lovely oasis in a very nice neighborhood that is very hard to enter and exit during rush hours. We were in a suite that lacked hot water, the basin stopper didn't work, the sun shades damaged. There are better values for the money in more convenient neighborhoods.
