I was traveling by car … arrived there around 10 pm … they won’t take the car, nor your luggage until you check-in. After you check-in they don’t give you the room key, they give it to the bell-boy he gives it to you, Which is weird. The first room the gave us, the bedroom has no windows, so they changed the room to a different one after an hour. their service was not okay … the room has broken drawers not planned well, and keep in mind the hotel opened less than a year ago. Check-out they checked me out at 12:00 pm exactly and called at 12:03 pm (on a Saturday) … Sunday is a working day here. Basically they sell you looks online, so you’ll be in shock when you arrive
