IMPERIAL HOTEL IS NOT GOOD FOR FAMILY STAY. THIS HOTEL IS ONLY FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO USE FOR COUPLE OF HOURS JUST FOR FUN PURPOSE.

First, they took us to a room with broken AC and waited for long to try to fix it in a very hot and humid weather. Then we were taken to another room with many basic things missing and only brought after repeatingly asking about it like refrigerator, towels, shampoo and AC remote control.

I'm travelling on a budget so i was glad to have a less expensive hotel option. Still I wonder if this place should have been even cheaper - facilities are slowly falling apart and atmosphere is gloomy and creepy. Dark lobby is like a former love hotel converted into a funeral parlor. There was a roach in my room. But location is excellent, across the street from A1 buses to and from airport, and in walking distance to main souk and corniche.

This place is a complete dump. I recommend taking it off of Expedia. Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Everything is wrong with this place. Great candidate for Hotel Rescue or Hotels Impossible.

-Bed sheets dirty and most probably used by another guest. -bathroom was filthy, almost no toilet paper, no bath towel, only small towels. -Room floor covered with "pasta&chips"remains,broken step at bathroom entrance with sharp pieces still in place. Didn't dare to wake bare foot, -No internet -T.V. unplugged from the cable -with all the filth I saw, I didn't dare take the breakfast. -Average night price was 12 Bahrain Dinar: paid through "GUARANTEED EXPEDIA " 20 Dinar, almost 100% overpriced. -arrived around midnight , ran away as soon as the sun rise The most horrible experience I ever had in a hotel Should be named DISASTER SUITES I think I will NEVER trust Expedia again!!

The staff was very rude. The rooms were dirty and smelled like mold. Plus, doors would not lock. Also, the other room doors can be easily open with a credit card. I checked out early and did not stay the entire weekend. I would not recommend a dog stay overnight at Imperial Suites. Imperial Suites is not safe and extremely dirty. Do not waste your money. I don't care about it being out of date but I don't care cleanliness and being safe.

the room was not clean at all i found hair in the bed under the blanket it was not mine plus the carpets was not clean aslo i could not sleep that night i have itching in my body
