Welcome to Stump Pass Place on Manasota Key. A perfect mix of comfort, nature and unmatched amenities. Just a 3 minute walk to our neighborhood beach or a just 4 minute walk to Stump Pass State Park at the end of our street. Here you can go to the beach, launch the water toys, and making lifelong memories. Stump Pass State Park has one of the most beautiful pristine beaches in all of Florida!

Located on the southern tip of Manasota Key, we enjoy offering couples and family's a wonderful value added vacation and a great guest experience as well. Make sure to take full advantage of our FREE Kayaks, Sups, beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and much more!

NO ferries or water taxi needed. Just drive over the bridge to our island and enjoy your freedom and spontaneity.

Lush tropical landscaping will lead you to your suite. Enter the open floor plan, living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen. Cook, dine, or relax in your own back yard patio. This area is truly a tropical paradise complete with Weber grill, commercial grade outdoor table, chairs, chaise lounges, lush landscaping and soft night lighting. Don't forget to experience showering in our custom made outdoor showers. There's just nothing like showering outside under they blue sky and tropical palm trees.

The wildlife here is amazing! You will see pelicans diving for fish, osprey in tree tops, and herons on the beach. Dolphins and manatee are always swimming the shoreline and sea turtles choose this paradise to lay their eggs. Don't forget to bring your camera! Also make sure to look down in the sand. Prehistoric shark teeth and beautiful shells are never hard to find and are abundant on the beaches of the Key. Go shelling then return home to rinse your souvenirs in our custom made Shell Cleaning Station.

Bring your friends and family! There are four other individual suites on site and two other duplexes right next door "The Highview" and "The Pool House".

Our community pool is located just ten minutes from the house inside the Ann & Chuck Dever Regional park, 7001 San Casa Dr Englewood34223. Phone number 941-683-3743. The cost is $3 a day per person. For a pool on site see our VRBO listing numbers 2115647, 2117585 and 2116971.

Remember, bikes, kayaks, Stand up paddle boards and so much more are located on site and included with your rental! No additional fees or charges! Have fun on us!

We really enjoyed the property, location, quietness and amenities. The paddle boards/kayaks and bikes were so fun! We also loved having a cart and nice beach chairs/toys at our disposal and not have to bring them with us from home. Our teenagers and college students had lots of fun exploring the island on the bikes as well! We were unable to find the correct boardwalk for the beach during our stay. I’m not sure if it was destroyed with the hurricane but I spoke to someone from the local resort and used their boardwalk on their property to access the beach. And somehow I missed that the master bath only has a tub (with a lifting spout). This proved a little more challenging with a large group. Overall our time in Englewood was wonderful and the property and you’ve done a great job with landscaping and signage.

Expectations exceeded!

We had an exceptional stay at this property! The unit exceeded our expectations in every way. It was immaculate; I was amazed when I wiped up some sand with a paper towel, and nothing else came up! There was more than enough room for our family and friends—eight of us in total—and we greatly appreciated the abundance of amenities. Having chairs, bikes, coolers, and umbrellas provided saved us the hassle of purchasing or renting them. We also enjoyed grilling dinner several nights, which added to our wonderful experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

This is our fave beach spot!

This was our third stay at Stump Pass Place, and we hope to return again next year! They have literally ALL the beach stuff you need: coolers, wagons, booty boards, goggles, buckets/shovels, life vests... Condo is within walking distance to restaurants and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach (both the Gulf side and the bay side. The kids loved riding the provided bikes around and has a blast on the provided kayaks and standup paddles boards.If you're considering Stump Pass Place, just book it!

Great for families

We love staying here. We have stayed four times now in different units. All of the amenities are so convenient and the property is always in very clean and good shape. Easy for families with kids. Beach is short walking distance. Hosts are always quick to respond. We absolutely love coming here.

Pure Paradise.

We enjoyed our trip very much. This was our first time to this area and will definitely be back! Loved that we could walk to the beach and Stump Beach Park is beautiful! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed! Thanks so much! We also enjoyed getting around on the Stumpy golf cart.

Loved Every Minute!

Great location- easy walk to beach. The provided beach gear was a great perk--chairs, umbrella, coolers, shell collectors, buggy all in good condition and easy to access. Kayaks and paddles were easy to transport with provided cart and we absolutley loved kayaking in Lemon Bay. Plenty of bikes and a free golf cart shuttle stop too. Inside was very clean, well appointed kitchen, big TVs in living room and bedroom, lots of towels in bathrooms and a comfy king bed. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again and we hope to!

Southern Hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at the Stump Pass Place. There was a little hiccup when we arrived with the smoke detector, chirping, but the property managers were Johnny-on-the-spot with getting the situation taken care of, so we didn't have to listen to that through the night. There were many pros to this property; The beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer were full size. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and cleaners. We were offered cornhole to play. The kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, beach toys, were great. We were also offered a trike for my son to ride when he couldn't ride the bigger bicycles (that was extremely sweet) and he loved it. The location was nice especially when the Stump Pass Park parking lot was too full to park in, we were able to walk, or ride the bikes, and always get in. There are way more pros, the property descriptions was very accurate, these were the items that we appreciated the most. A few cons, but not deal breakers for future stays; The master bathroom didn't have a shower, but did have a large jet bathtub with a flexible shower head hose. There were also no fans in the bathrooms, so hot showers would warm them up quickly. There were no views of the water in the canal or the gulf. We had a great time, and it was a great place to stay, we'd stay there again and would recommend it to others.

The amenities were amazing. They have everything you need right there. The beach is a little bit of a walk since there really isn’t any access for a couple of blocks. It is beautiful and worth the walk.

Definitely worth the trip

While location was most important in selecting this property it was also important to rent from a Premier Host. We loved the proximity to the beaches and restaurants. We also loved the quiet neighborhood. The property was well maintained and our accommodations were clean and nicely decorated. It was extremely convenient to have access to bicycles, beech chairs, umbrellas and kayaks. When it comes to premier hosts Pete has to be one of the best. He was very responsive whenever we reached out to him. Prior to arriving we asked if there was a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen. He indicated that there wasn't but would provide one for us. This was the first indication of what a special host he is. When the TV acted up he fixed it the next day. When the ice maker acted up he fixed it the next day. When we requested a special needs bicycle he provided it the same day. One day a beech umbrella we were using could not be closed causing us to walk back to the rental with it open, which was quite a spectacle. Upon informing Pete we found a replacement on the porch the next morning. Thank you Pete! We highly recommend this property.

Great family destination

Very clean and current property in awesome location with walkability to the beach, parks, places to eat, and gift shop. We had grandma, my kids with their spouses and 5 grandsons. Plenty of room for all. It was nice to have space for everyone to eat together. We also enjoyed having access to all the toys and wagons to use to get to the beach. We would have liked to use the bikes as well but the kids are a bit small for that yet. Really nice outdoor showers and shell washing station was a hit with the kids. Having the designated outdoor space was nice, but you really don't need it with the nice decks and screened in deck area off the master. It was a great experience and location. Would recommend and I would certainly stay here again.
