The entire time we were there the hall smelled of weed. I reported it but was told there was nothing they could do by the front desk worker. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked and broken. Cut my foot on a lifted tile. The indoor pool was cold which i figured since it was winter but the hot tub wasnt even 95 degrees. Would never stay there againThe only positive was the check in woman was very nice

We go into our room, and my wife finds a chunk of hair on the bed, so we throw that away. Go into the bathroom and the toilet seat it only being held one side. Ok, then we go down to the restaurant, the service was good, as well as the food, but they didn’t have several beverages they showed they have. Overall not a good experience.

Pick Somewhere Else

checked in late, around 1 a.m., and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The front desk staff was unfriendly and offered little to no customer service. My room key didn’t work properly, and each time I went back to have it fixed, the staff made it seem like a major inconvenience. After the third attempt, I requested a new room. The lobby had a strong, unpleasant odor that made me feel nauseous, and the overall property appeared dated and poorly maintained. The carpet didn’t seem freshly vacuumed, the bathroom was only partially cleaned, and the room felt as though it hadn’t been properly prepared for a guest. If it hadn’t been so late when I arrived, I would have canceled my stay and chosen another hotel.
