The experience was a downgrade. I was not provided two queen beds as it was confirmed on expedia. The staff mentioned that they dont have any rooms . The room given had an issue with hot water. I had to request 3 times to 3 different front desk personnel even though eventually it turned out to be a flipped connection that room. (They could have told me upfront) . The staff generally didnt appear very friendly .
