Overcrowded and not for British

We stayed between 11th and 21st of Aug 2018. The hotel was overcrowded. We didn't like it. I had 1 and 6 year old kids. Finding table night time at the restaurant was a challenge. You had to be there at 7. Food was amazing and plenty of choice but unfortunately the guests acted like they never seen food in their lives by jumping queues and rushing around grabbing food. The pool was not that clean. We all cough a bug from something and I think it was the dirty water. Beach is not sandy so we couldn't use it at all with 2 kids as our feet hurt, we couldn't even walk. The hotel is mainly full of with Russians and Turkish people. There was one or two British family. I wouldn't recommend for British people. It felt so different. Animation was OK. However I didn't like that they forced me to leave hotel 5 stars feedback. I refused. They kept asking lots of other people to leave 5 stars feedback there and then. I witnessed as they asked our friends and family the same thing. That's why this hotel is well overrated in my opinion. Misleading and unrealistic feedbacks. Its definitely not 5 stars. Staff all looked tired. Apart from Ali (the ice-cream man) no one had smile on their faces. I would never go back to this hotel. It was disappointing for the money we paid.

Good all inclusive if that’s all you want

I feel this is more like a glorified 4 star firstly the photos on Expedia shows sandy beach it was all black stones the whole way so why put pics of sand when there is none! Very dissapoonted there for sure! Because it is in the middle of no where you feel like your in a fish bowl the one place to go for entertainment same two places to eat Dinner is a mad rush for tables lucky to have cutlery or no chairs. The juices for kids were processed juices that had more sugar than you could ever believe we were putting water into a quarter of juice in a glass then it was ok! Dessert was always the same thing and were all bland tasting! So we always had the melon cut fresh but on holiday you want the cakes! No sign at all of pancakes or waffles those are what my kids love on holiday but they don’t do it! Ice cream is from a hut during the day 1-5pm only hence ques! The slides are open from 1-4 only why when that’s one reason I chose the hotel so kids could have all day!! On one occasion we went there and the biggest slide was shut at 3 I don’t understand it really don’t! Our bedrooms were cleaned everyday which is great but from the day we came there was like a mark on the flush and it never got cleaned off! Using tissue to flush is not ideal in a five star! Shower wash on wall ran out for days so I had to pull out and leave onside ! Defo not a great holiday but if you like just to have a rest go for it

Nice hotel

The staff was amazing, they were so polite and friendly! Loved how the beach was part of the hotel, and there was 3 different swimming pools! They did something for my boyfriends birthday which was really nice. Only disappointing thing is the market place (where you get sweets and lilos from) the guy is really rude told me to shut my mouth after popping my lilo by putting too much air however it was resolved and I got a new one when I went to reception. Very helpful and polite. Loved my stay there would definitely come back.

Pleasing Hotel with Reasonable Prices

Pros: The Swimming Pools (External and In Door) . The Restaurants. The Games Center.
Cons: The Air Conditioning system of the Rooms. This was our main concern.
Location: The beach is very close and connected to the Hotel through an underground pedestrian tunnel (passage).
In overall it is a good hotel in comparison to the prices. The swimming pools were very nice. The food in the restaurants was really excellent and very tasty. Rooms were clean and spacious. The game center was beautiful. However, the ACs in the room were not functioning well. That was the only main minus to us there. Other things were great.
