Morning light filters through tall mill windows, illuminating exposed brick and timber beams that hint at the building’s industrial past. You can sink into the sofa with coffee in hand as the hum of the city rises outside, or take a slow start to the day before wandering to the nearby Cathedral or Northern Quarter cafés. Inside, thoughtful details and open spaces create a balance between history and comfort.
Sleeping arrangements
Two serene bedrooms each feature a king-size bed, soft bed linens, and room-darkening shades for a restful night. The spacious layouts make it easy to unpack and unwind. For larger groups, the living room sofa converts into a double sofa bed.
