When I arrived at the hotel I had trouble with my groin on my right leg the staff were very helpful found me a seat then went to get me a wheel chair sorted out in minutes then the gentleman I cannot remember his name wheeled me to my room and made me comfortable and came to pick me up next morning to take me down to catch shuttle bus could not fault anything

The hotel was very basic, only 2 lifts and one was out of order. A family room for 4 people only had 2 bath towels, 2 bottles of water and 1 biscuit with not much tea and coffee for an early start which was very much needed. The corridor was noisy and the car park spaces were tiny.

The airport shuttle was easy, the room had a weird smell and was very off-putting. The food was frozen fried food not good value for money. Staff were friendly. Check in and out was very easy

shuttle has to be called before pickup, which was not announced. The double bed is not comfortable for 2 person. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The hotel was fine in all ways except for the room atmosphere. What I mean is that the room was warm not cool and there was no way to cool it down nor any circulation. There was a heater but not AC or a fan to circulate the air. This made the room a little uncomfortable to sleep in. But all else was great.

Hotel is handy for the airport. Rooms could do with a bit of a face lift but they are clean and comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was average. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.
