A second overnight stay for an early plane. Reception friendly and helpful drop off parking good and restaurant busy with good food and choice. No hair dryer or tv remote were supplied within 10 minutes. Good stay

Good location

Hotel is great for its proximity to the airport. Such a shame they dont answer messages from hotels.com especially when its a query about accessibility and help needed. And also there is a clear difference in check in styles when you haven't used IHG to book as it felt far less friendly and focused than the the person who was a member next to me. I am a member but booked through hotels.com for the better deal

Over night beforecearly flight.

We stayed overnight Sunday to Monday mid September. Plenty of spaces for car drop off, watch out that you go to holiday in check in as ibis is right next door and we went there first! Reception very helpful with directions to car park drop off for airport. We ate in the restaurant which was busy but we had booked and we were fed with tasty Turkish themed dinners within an hour. Room was clean and well appointed.

Preflight hotel

The receptionist got my name wrong on check in. The service in the bar and restaurant was poor. Confusion about where to order food. We had to remind waiting staff about a good item that didn't arrive with the rest of our meal. Breakfast was very poor. There were a lot of options but got food was undercooked and lukewarm. Room was nice and comfortable.

Opposite terminal 2. Well managed hotel, nice staff, excellent breakfast. Comfy. Fast paced 15 minute walk over to T3, a little less to T1. Just cross the road to T2.

Fabulous start to our holiday!

The check in was very easy. The hotel is a stones throw from T2 departures. The room was spacious. The bar was reasonably price and the food was fabulous!!! Was delighted with every aspect of our stay!

It was a long walk from the train station and we had no directions. We found a shorter way back to the airport, but directions on the website would be helpful.
