The hotel and room smelled like a terrible, car air freshener. The black out curtains didn't close all the way and there was a very bright light right outside our window. In addition there was a water, swirling sound coming from upstairs (not our bathroom) that would go off every fifteen minutes so neither of us got ANY sleep at all. We also could not get wi fi unless we joined the hotels 'club' so now wi fi either. Terrible stay!!

I tested positive for Covid just before the stay. I didn’t have severe symptoms but thought it would be irresponsible to continue with the travel & stay. Moxy hotels group & Expedia refused to assist, included a later stay, & just pointed out the no refund conditions. No empathy, no goodwill, no customer care😡
