This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The property itself is great, the rooms, general areas including restaurant- the breakfast was delicious. All of the staff we met were absolutely fantastic. I’ll definitely be booking here again next time visiting Manchester.

Checked in on the 7th August. At the check in the reception member asked for a holding deposit of £50 from us. Which they haven’t informed us before. At the checkout, they didn’t give us back our deposit money and said the payment will be transferred back to the same card on the next working day. Haven’t received my deposit yet after 10 days! When I called today I was asked to call tomorrow morning at 9am. Seems like I have to keep following up on my payment!!

Room nice and spacious however was a joining room and was not sound proof. Was not informed it was an adjoining room when booking. I was not happy about this and when I asked room to be changed as adjoining room resident kept on trying to open door was told no more rooms available and poor customer service regarding this did not show any care in the world to sort this. Room was also not soundproof as initially told and I could hear a lot of noise from the adjoining room
