The best thing of our stay was the staff. They have been kind, helpful, and made us feel at home. We booked a cooking class with the Chef and all the hotel staff helped to make it perfect for us. Seriously, the best hotel staff ever ! The room was great too. The bed waa comfy. We had a fridge, water, kettle and free coffee. Maybe the bathroom needs a bit more cleaning... The buffet breakfast was amazing. But get up early because at the end (between 6-9am), there almost nothing left !

Personnel aux petits soins, très bon petit déjeuner, hôtel en centre ville, décembre fait, certaines chambres un peu bruyantes la journée.

Bon hôtel sans plus

Très bon accueil du personnel très aidant. Nous sommes passés par l hôtel pour les tickets bateau direction Bagan . Petit déjeuner plutôt pas mal . Chambre correcte . Le seul bémol est que les pantoufles de la chambre était contaminée par l'humidité de la salle de bains . L'évacuation de l eau de cette pièce pas terrible . Le service de ménage non fait le lendemain de notre arrivée. (Poubelle non vidée, lit pas fait ) alors que la prestation était indiquée sur le site :service de ménage quotidien Belle terrasse donnant sur la ville . Déçue des alentours de l hôtel pas beaucoup de resto donc limité en choix . .un conseil pour les prochains clients : montrer bien votre confirmation de réservation et votre paiement on Line . En conclusion bon hôtel dans l'ensemble pour un séjour court .(1 à2 nuits )

Awful rooms, great staff

Positive: Staff is very friendly, pro-active and helpful, even for Myanmar standards. Breakfast is pretty good with the usual rice, noodles, fried vegetables, soup, rubber bread, eggs, bananas. Rooms have mosquito meshing. Negative: The rooms are awful. They are dated and in desperate need for a make-over (when did they last paint?!), especially the bath rooms. Cleaning is very superficial. I was careful what to touch and pretty engrossed. Rooms are so small, I can't see how 2 people would fit into the double room. Location is far away from bus terminal (ab 30 min taxi) but close to jetty. The hotel is on the dodgy end of town. Lots of beer restaurants (full of men and rather disgusting), street food options are unpleasant and nowhere near the (cleanliness and taste) standard of the rest of the country.

Their staff have service mind and gentle but the room is not clean as I expected. Overall is value for money.
